youtube找些相关视频，集中给讲解下为什么要洗手，要用吸手液，要为自己的健康负
责。如果不讲卫生，最终生病肚子疼，是他自己疼，不是老师疼也不是妈妈疼。每次在
家里洗手，都提醒强化：手上的细菌用显微镜看到好多，他看过的细菌图画会回忆起来
，慢慢教会他是为了自己的健康而需要洗手。
铺垫子玩玩具的问题，告诉他铺垫子的好处。具体原因可以问老师，我主观臆测下垫子
的好处，比如区域感，小孩知道哪个是自己的，哪个是别人的，不干涉别人，比如零散
的教具不会散落一地，容易收拾，别人也会尊重他的区域，对他有好处，等等，家长自
己琢磨，或咨询老师，看怎么跟孩子解释垫子的必要性好。问他，如果没有垫子，玩具
散得到处都是，别的小朋友不知道那是你的玩具，拿走了，是不是很不方便？垫子能帮
忙解决问题。让孩子心理上能接受使用垫子，觉得是对他有好处的。

The weather was perfect, mid 70’s during the day, sunny but not too hot;
sometimes it rained a little during evenings which just made the air fresher
. I couldn't've asked for better.
As someone who can’t swim, the only water activity I could do was
snorkeling. Even that was kind of challenging as I would freak out if the
water was too deep :P Last time (and the only time) I snorkeled before this
was 3 years ago.

有一年的夏天，我家院子里来了只红眼睛花乌龟。不知道它到底多大年纪，但是看
到它壳子底下斑驳的刮痕，觉得它有一定的岁数。我那时一直想养个动物，但又太
懒，突然来了只乌龟，觉得很是高兴。把它拎了回去。
上网一查，原来是只Box turtle， 是美国和墨西哥的土著，应该受保护的，不应该
家养。但我的私心战胜了正义感。我要留着它。开始它缩在壳子里很久不出来，过
了半小时还是更久，它总算大方地露面了，胆子也大了些。然后我研究了它的性别，
照网上的说法看尾巴形状，断定它是公的。我把它放在一个大塑料盒子里，它看上
去很不高兴，老想爬出去，可那只是徒劳，塑料盒子太光滑。
我放了颗葡萄在盒子里，可它不吃，第二天早上，葡萄不见了。后来我发现它爱吃
玉米和鱼肉。它可是只有个性的老乌龟，我去喂它时它一般是不答理的，有一次甚
至还把头一甩去撞伸过去的食物，你盯着它时它也不吃，不在它身边一阵子，再去
看，食物就会变少或消失了。

要在窝里准备一个大而且浅的水盘，不能是瓷的或塑料的太光滑的那种，那样的它爬进去就爬不出来
了。总之既要有水，又要有陆地。养不好会缺钙，壳会软掉烂掉。吃草也吃肉虫子和鱼。
还是把它放回到水边或者河边吧，最好树多的地方。水生的动物，寄生虫更多，而且很恶劣。可以吓
唬你公公说有血吸虫
对了，你在哪个州？有box turtle的地方，应该是南方比较暖和。有些州，在petsmart，petco
里就可以买到russian tortoise，倒是可以给你公公买只，比较好养。但还是要花上$150左右买
些设备。什么都没有，只是在个盆里养着，就是要它死，而且是很慢很痛苦的死法。

double turtles seems not like that shabby house in the 700k
to 850k range while they can afford must more expensive house.
And single turtles may not wish to 撑 700k to 850k shabby house,
or go directly to 幸福屯 …………

license. the turtles in los gatos perc ponds or in vasona park are
western pond turtles. they are protected species.

8 turtle's physical capabilities are much better than Jap's.
it was clear on the field for that WC2010 match.
8 turtle's players are generally faster/agile, stronger than Jap's.
two team's skill level is similar, Jap's teamwork was even better, but
cannot handle 8 turtle. |

发帖数: 65 | 49 刚回来，今天Ohio就下大雪，加上bf流鼻血，更怀念hawaii的温暖湿润了。因为是冬天
，那里阴天不冷，晴天不热，特别是maui，山水到交通到当地热情的人和类似中餐的
local food，没有比这更舒服的地方了。难怪很多人退休后搬到maui。
中部过去机票贵，总共10天行程，两个人花了4800。没特意省钱，也没很奢侈。没有长
途hiking，因为时差直接早睡早起，每天玩一圈之后，找个beach一躺，然后大吃一顿
回家，过着很接近自然的生活。
下面是行程。
Day 0
经过12个小时的one stop，下了飞机就迫不及待的换上花裙子。取了敞篷车，直奔旅馆
。然后就被waikiki附近的交通shock了。加上街上很多亚洲人，感觉真像回国了。这里
路程是回国的一半，路况也很像。其实跟国内也很有渊源，亚洲人是这里的主要移民，
华人更是，加上夏威夷人本身也是波利尼西亚人分支，夏威夷州是美国两个不以白人为
主要人口的州之一。这里的local food有很多asian fusion，米饭为主，poke 更是合

发帖数: 1875 | 50 7月10日早上在离家300yard 外 snookering. 下午去 Iao Valley 玩。Valley 小巧玲
珑的， 不大。最后我们找到一个溪水池子，老二从岩石上面不断向下跳水，水很凉，
他玩的很起劲。后来两小子看到两只野鸡，就开始抓他们，搞的鸡飞狗跳的。
7月11日早上7:15离开住地，参加 pacific Whale Organization的
Molokini & Lanai Snorkel。 7:45到达，8:30出发。3:30回到Maalaea。 孩子们和我
几乎enjoy 每一分钟。老婆在快到Molokini 有差不多10分钟不舒服， 有点 seasick.
后来的snorkeling 她都几乎是最后一个上岸的。
Molokini 应该是世界顶级的吧。 那种刚入手的感觉， 好像2001年到了Orlando
Universal Studio 乘坐飞船看星空一样。风浪好大，很快我们都回到船上了。我们老
二6岁，是最小的，要不是游泳训练，他是返回不了船上的。
然后我们去第二个地方，路上看到海豚，他们很喜欢race, 游在船的前面1米的地方。
