发帖数: 720 | 5 有三种修法，用tweezer一根根修，比较痛，不容易出错。用脱蜡，象扯橡皮胶，疼一
下，要设计好了，没经验容易出错，把不该去的地方去了。用线，threading,听说要把
皮肤绷紧了再thread，没做过。
建议第一次修，把杂眉修掉，整齐比较好，这样不觉得太大变化，如果有很喜欢的眉形
，可以照样。
我去比较远的北面chelmsford,如果你会去那里我到可以推荐。 |

对不起,那天没有来得及回答你,今天想起来了,就说两句,希望不太晚,而且有所帮助.
据我所知的例子,在几种情况下,老板及international office都会答应.
1.你已经递交绿卡申请,必须办H1
2.你现在是H1,需要transfer,
3.老板特别想要你,
所以如果你满足其中之一,向老板提出办H1都会没问题的.
前两条我知道可能是废话,但是第3条是很管用的.你要做的是当老板给你offer后,就立
即态度坚决的提出办H1,以及为什么非办不可,如果老板非常想要你,剩下的就是他的事
了,他自会和international offfice的人交涉的.
一点浅见,希望不会误导.

计划计划,看行不行.对着地图看我说的路线比较清楚些.
一天:如果你住Newark, 经84号路上North 101,一直开,到城里后朝Golden Gate Bridge
方向开,还是101/Van Ness Ave, 到了Lombard 右拐,去看九曲花街. 停车可以在
Lombard 或者左拐上Hyde,metered parking平时是没问题的.看完后从Hyde下去就是
fisherman's wharf 啦,停车吃饭看看,有些饭馆validate parking.然后就去Golden
Gate Bridge,路上还会经过palace of fine arts,也可以看看,免费爬车.Golden Gate
Bridge完后想吃中餐就沿1号路南下,clement & 6th ave左近中餐馆林立（严重不推荐

You need a punch set, a tweezer and maybe a needle plier.

I use other detergent to clean them off.
I used to use a special tweezer to sequeeze them out.

我在Amazon上从小日本seller购买了一个Angle Tweezers，从寄出到收到用了差不多50
天时间。对方竟然用的还是Express International Mail。
货物到了纽约海关，就停滞不动了。而且打电话给USPS查询状态，说是物品不在USPS手
上无法查询，只能通知卖家，让卖家到日本当地邮局，发出查询请求，才能让物品重新
进入传递状态。
但是，我从另外小日本商家购买的D200，从卖家发货到我收到货物，仅用了三天时间。
星期六中午，邮局用了一辆从未见到过的类似国内小三轮车的那种小车子将包裹送到家

发帖数: 9065 | 30 本来晚上心情挺好的，把刚刚淘到的1700X试装在一个MSI的主板上，开机后一切正常。
因为只是想测试一下，完了以后想把CPU从主板上拔出来，没想到就跟焊死了一样，怎
么也拿不下来了！！！
我以前有过类似经历，譬如CPU上的针脚弯了，插不进槽。可以用Tweezer逐个扳正，但
也很难完全严丝合缝。耐心的多试几次，还是有可能把CPU插进槽，但后果是拔不出来
了，因为即使几个很细小的角度，也可能使针脚别在槽了。当然要是CPU永远和主板在
一起不分开也就罢了，可我这次只是想试一下而已呀。。。
这个1700X放之前我仔细看过，没有弯的针脚。而且放的时候很轻松，完全是force-
free，理论上应该很容易再拿下。以往CPU甚至会和heatsink因为paste粘在一起给拔起
来，可这次我遇到大麻烦了。镊子，起子这些工具都用上了，CPU的边上甚至都有了翘
痕，可依然纹丝不动。我怕再弄下去，主板CPU都会受到硬伤的。整晚上都在折腾，还
是一无所获，我都快气疯了。现在才发觉Intel现在的决策是多么英明，针脚搭上就行
了，完全不用插入式。
想问一下这里有没有类似经验的大侠，用什么巧办法拔出CPU而不损... 阅读全帖 |

巴尖就够了。
我刚写的protocol.
Put one mouse per cage, aline all 15 cages. (like: I I I I I I…I).Then put
each seringe and post-it near each cage. prepare also several scissors and
pens. Inject ??U/kg insulin solution in fed mice, cut the tail to measure
glucose at T0, T15, T30 and T60.

用某种 dsDNA topoisomerase single molecular level cut and relink dsDNA with
magnetic tweezers
NB: NGKOT 能BACbase 300KP 内任意地knoct out 比起20-35 kp Vector的片段内PCR knoct out还是效率高啊
最佳的是可以Knock in again within BACbase 300KP 内任意的 based Oxford nanopore platform.

我现在读PhD有几个research area的选择:
1)一个是有关处理化石燃料尾气的化学合成(Ionic Liquids)；
2)一个是chemical biology，具体说来就是RNA structure and therapeutics，也涉及
到biophysics(optical tweezer)；
3)还有个是metabolic engineering,说变了就是genetic engineering，molecular
biology之类的（本科做多了，不想干）
我现在纠结于未来找工作前景和自己的兴趣熟练之间，希望化学版前辈们在这两点帮忙
分析分析
我的想法如下：
2和3应该是自己比较了解的领域，2是比较中意也合适的但是会担心不好找工作；
1好像应用性强，但是做的是不太熟悉，导师也会有这个顾虑。 |
