在Foulk Rd附近被警察伏击了，Stop Sign3点，还说我红灯右转(No Turn On Red)，其
实是黄灯快要转红灯，给他跟在后面。
两张罚单，Stop Sign，110元，3点，Traffic Light，75元，无点。
请问上庭是不是可以argue免去点数，还有没有可能dismiss罚单？
法庭在Glen Mills,Baltimore Pike.

痞子堡好像多数郊区都挺安全的。
基本上20～30万以上的预算就能在郊区买到还不差的SFH了。
华人中产阶级不少买在北面的Wexford(North Allegheny SD)
其他著名的传统好区：Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Fox Chapel, Swickley。
城里话就Squirrel Hill。
成长最快的几个郊区:北面的Pine Twp; 南面的South Fayette Twp;西面的North
Fayette Twp和Robinson Twp;还有Allegheny county外的Peters Twp和Cranberry Twp。 |

发帖数: 8162 | 13 忍不住跳出来说一个，Chatham分Chatham Boro和Chatham Twp。
Chatham Boro和Madison比较像，但是Chatham Twp除了和
Chatham Boro共享高中外，其余方面更像Murray Hill，去中城
交通也同样不方便。Boro坐在Main st两边，很小很cozy，房子更小，
老一点，和Twp差别还是蛮大的。Boro的环境，火车轨道南边明显比
火车北边要更吸引人一点，这一点也和Madison很相似。
Chatham Twp除了交通以外，离两条高压线近，或要么沿河边有点靠近
flooding zones。在山上的环境很好，lot也大，部分地方坡比较陡。

干的时间慢。你原来的deck有没有涂料？ 如果原来有涂料，除非时间非常长原来涂料
都掉的差不多了，只用高压水枪不一定够，最好用deck stripper再加wood brightener
处理一下，效果更好。deck stripper再加wood brightener处理很简单，就是喷上然后
再用水枪冲一下。理论上stain要直接涂到木头上效果最好，如果中间隔着一层涂料效
果受影响。不过这个东西么有必要追求完美，处理的差不多就行。如果是就deck，颜色
越深保护效果越好。TWP 1500很多semitransparent的颜色比较深了，你可以买几个不
同颜色的样品先实验一下，最后决定了颜色再买也行。 |

。这个TWP 1500我的经验是需要至少两到5天才能彻底干。当天晚上一下雨，我想这下
完了，彻底泡汤了。结果后来干了几天后，一点都看不出问题。这个oil based stain
和水不兼容，刷完后再下雨能明显看到水都结成露珠状，不会摊成一片。 |

West Bloomfield现在已经基本轮陷了,就好象south field一样,60年代俺婆婆他们过来
读书的时候southfield就跟现在的west bloomfield一样繁荣,住的都是有钱人还有犹太
人,后来慢慢犹太人向西北防向迁移到west bloomfield,detroit的黑人便占据了
southfield,慢慢southfield便成了现在这个样子.黑人跟着犹太人走,此次经济危机,
west bloomfield的房价受的影响最大跌的幅度也最大,很多居住在DETROIT和
SOUTHFIELD的黑人已经完全可以负担WB的房子了,所以连报纸都报道了大量DETROIT的居
民迁入WB.
未来会发展好的地方肯定是再往西边,目前WB很多居民都在迁入commerce twp.,如果感
兴趣的可以查查人口增长的数据,commerce twp.过去10年中,人口增长速度是MI最快的
地区.另外
livingston county人口增长的速度也是有目共睹.目前来看,highland,milford,
brighton是很热门的地区.highland和milford |
