f*t 发帖数: 382 | 3 I am using the first generation Adams idea pro hybrid, no velocity slot.
the velocity slot on Adams looks ugly especially the upper one. Tylormade
have RBZ with velocity slot in the lower face only which looks better at
addressing.
BTW, Both Adams and Tylormade belongs to Adidas. |

callaway x-18 steel, $499
tylormade rac OS2, $399
Maxfli Mens PowerMax,$199。

http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Golf/25782328.html
TaylorMade r7 460
Callaway X460 Drivers

的9度, 65 gram still shaft, 到现在的taylormade r5 dual 9.5* + 55 gram shaft.
连滚带爬近280码,后来是越打越短,越打越短,也就将降240码,而且球是越击越高;

10701 | 10 all stiff..
but adilva's stiffness could be different from USTA's
Adilva is a good shaft maker . i use its shaft for my driver/woods.
for the 1st cobra 10.5 degree, i know it's shaft which makes the distance
difference. for the 2nd 9 degree cobra, it might not be the shaft. but just
don't know..
the degree? it depends for amaturers. at least, we can judge from the ball
trajectory. what I found for my 9 degree is.. i am still hit the ball sky
high, even i just tee it off a bit higher than the gro |

ET 发帖数: 10701 | 11 i don't want to get trapped by those commericals. pga players are just
gottan paid for using the lastest products. it's a $399 baby. i don't even
want to have a try. |
|
z**z 发帖数: 231 | 12 ET, why not give the F-speed one a try? You may find better results than
your M-speed one. BTW, did you guys have any experience of UST's V2 high
launch shaft? Any comments? |

p*****8 发帖数: 28 | 13 welcome back. I have a r5 with 10.5, considering to get a new one with 9.5
degree. |
|
ET 发帖数: 10701 | 14 i have tried the f-speed several times, including the ld series. it's ok
club for me.
i think my r5 is with ust's v2 shaft. i need double-check it tho.
mine is 55 gram. i felt it's a bit lighter/softer for me. if my driving
distance goes down after a while, the first thing I 'll do is to change a
heavier/stronger stiffness shaft.
when i try different club, I try to understand the basic concept of the head
design. For instance, the nike sasquash is a breakthough, and it does make
sense regarding |

p******u 发帖数: 101 | 15 Interesting that you dropped distance on both drivers after initial success.
Hope that this one will hold. |

j*****j 发帖数: 290 | 16 This makes me thinking how often PGA players change their drivers. like
tennis player , they change their racquets every 10 games when playing
maatch.
Since ET 's driving distance is huge difference after driver beening used
for a while. I dont think his swing will change htat lot, I think it is
because of driver, the material of driver.
HOw do u guys think?
success. |

u*********r 发帖数: 2735 | 17 he changed back to his old driver, didn't he? |
|
ET 发帖数: 10701 | 18 it is an interesting thing for me too.
seriously, I tried to figure out the reason.
(1) is like u said, I believe the material of club head degraded after
several years which meant cobra used some bad material. My feel is, the club
head is absorbing some energy so the contact sounds differently.
(2) is , might be my swing speed increases. The shaft might not be a good
fit for the swing speed any more. this can be observed by ball trajectory
tho.
Joey, the guy I mentioned last time, asked me if |
|
p******u 发帖数: 101 | 19 I doubt that we can blame on the club material though. If Cobra is so cheap
they would have been long gone. I would put my money on his swing change and
probably something to do with the offset clubs. |
|
ET 发帖数: 10701 | 20 put money bah.. i didn't even think any swing change. my swing, especially
for driver, is the best what i can get.
offset can't explain why i hit further when i just used it. but the distance
went down after a while.
i am not surprise that cobra has one product which comes with some defect.
remember, driver's life time in nowadays, less than one year.
cheap

如果想买整套,try adams or tylormade |

Nike XI,
tylormade penta, bridgestone b330. |
