我当时因为六月要回国所以没能跟他一块递交申请。
现在自己的485材料基本准备起了，有两个问题不确定：
1。485表里 Application Type.
我觉得应该选 b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustemnt of status or was
granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows
derivative status for spouses and children.
不知道对不对？
2。关于邮寄地址：
怎么找不到对应项。LD说应该跟他的一样，（6. A pending or approved I-140
You must include a copy of the Form I-797, showing that your Form I-140 was
accepted or approved.）

EB2-EB3降级，01/2012的PD，老公的EB3-140+PP，老公和我的485/131/765/325/G28都
同一时间file，公司律师填的表，昨天递上去了，细想有这么个问题！
485表里面的part2 application type，老公和我分别应该填什么？

律师都填的[a],之前review的时候一闪而过在这两项之间犹豫。看起来老公应该选a没

现在想想好像也不对。律师，USCIS周末都找不着人了，只能等周一了。班上各位大神

今天收到I_140 approved Notice, 发现名字错了，在我 的坚持下， 律师发来了I-140
原件， 我发现除了名字错了，还有 Part 2， petition type, 他填的是1e.
A professional ( at a minimum possessing a bachelor's degree or a foreign
degree equivalent to a U.S bachelor's degree),
我在版上考古的结果是应该填1.f . A skilled worker ( requiring at lease 2
years of specialized training or experience).请问我的理解对吗？
如果我是对的， 是不是要律师打电话给USCIS要求改过来？
我的I_140已经APPROVE了， 现在改还来得及吗？

同一个区，同一个building里有的end unit是TH，中间的就是condo, 但是价钱上中间
的一点也不便宜（面积相当）。请问和title是townhouse比起来，condo对以后卖价影响大吗？
听说做LOAN的时候CONDO会要求严格一些。
