月11日），爱尔兰人，1883年独自移民至美国，是美国第一位被发现的伤寒健康带原者
。玛丽是一个厨师，并因此造成53人感染、3人死亡，但她坚决否认这项事实，也拒绝
停止下厨，因此两度遭公共卫生的主管机关隔离，最后隔离期间伤寒玛丽1938年11月11
日死于肺炎，而非伤寒，享年69岁，推测感染肺炎的原因是死前六个月中风导致她瘫痪
在床。然而，验尸后却发现她的胆囊中有许多活体伤寒杆菌，遗骸最后在布朗克斯的圣
雷蒙德墓园火化。
伤寒玛丽如何被发现，1901年玛丽·马伦决定搬至曼哈顿，在新的家庭中帮忙厨务，但
该户成员却开始发烧、腹泻，一位洗衣女孩因此死亡。随后玛丽改替一名律师工作，直
到家中8名成员有7位染上伤寒，在照顾的过程中又将伤寒的感染向外扩散。1904年，她
在长岛一位富豪家找到一份厨师工作，两周内11个家庭中有6户因伤寒住院，这名富豪

刷牙没那么夸张，我用酒店的自来水了。。。喝最好喝自己买的瓶装
最搞的是印度人自己开的几星级旅馆里面，给的瓶装水都是开过refill的
我没敢动。。。
小心点是应该的，不过我老觉得美国人有点妖魔化印度了 |

其是洛阳、南阳、会稽（绍兴）疫情严重，“家家有僵尸之痛，室室有号泣之哀。伤寒
杂病论是针对伤寒而写的一本书。伤害也就是西医所说的Typhoid Fever。它是由傷寒
桿菌（Salmonella typhi）造成的急性腸胃道傳染病。传染病有其客观的发病规律。中
医会说什么病在肌肤，不治病恐在脏腑这类的诊断，其实疾病的本质就是细菌。中医对
病原的认识要到明代了。具体是哪个年代我忘记了。或许吴又可的温疫论吧。《瘟疫论
》，成书于公元1642年，全书共二巷。阐述瘟疫的发生是由：“戾气”，从口鼻侵入人
体，伏于募原，其邪在半表半里之间，其传变有九，并提出一整套辩证施治法则，其辨
证与治疗与伤寒不同。
所谓表里根本是一种模糊的判断，即对病情阶段的判断。这个三岁小孩都会说，病情久

版上版疫苗问题的人很多，可能需要总结一下大家的经验和教训。所以写个帖子跟大家探讨一些常见问题。帖子比较长，打算分章节，每天更新。这样如果大家有啥问题请在跟贴中提出，我尽量在跟贴中回答。如果问相同的问题比较多，我会在以后的帖子中一并回答。
但是！！！俺不是专家，知识全部来源于网络和文献，错漏之处在所难免。请达人，美妈们指出，俺来一一修改。目的是为了在疫苗问题上给以后的父母一个简单全面的索引，可以不必事事放狗。第二个目的是给非专业人士一点简单的介绍，不要害怕疫苗，同样也要重视疫苗的安全。当然最重要的，这也是我自己学习的过程，也希望成为跟大家一起学习的过程。
