从圣路易斯飞到纽约，温度降了十来度，天气也从出门时的大太阳变成阴天。对纽约
的初印象从一片阴霾拉开序幕。
从纽瓦克机场到曼哈顿。刚开始震惊于纽瓦克怎么那么破，想到了市中心应该不是这样
。结果从火车换到地铁，再次震惊于地铁的脏。后来发现1,2,3路线特别破一点，大概
修建时间较早的缘故，L, F线稍好些，车内还有电子显示的站名。
曼哈顿也让我没有好印象。脏就一个字，刚从干净整洁绿树成荫的圣路易斯来，对比尤
其明显。路边好多摊贩，拥挤，车多，跟上海某些地段一个样，倒是没有违和感……
纽约的人比较有意思。乘地铁，走在马路上，像看一个人类博物馆，各色各样的。在同
一个场合，也能发现各种不同丰富的表情和举止，好像每个人都有。我发现在这里看人
，比看街景有趣多了。
傍晚去逛了MoMA，回头跟同学吃饭，逛书店。发现深夜的纽约依旧热闹，喧嚣，街道上
弥漫着各种气味，人气旺盛的缘故，下着细雨也不觉得冷。

前阵子看多克托罗的《纽约兄弟》，很喜欢那本书，这次专程去原址看了看。结果功课
没做好，原先以为会有原址，发现只是一个约莫三十平米到四十平米大小的街角公园，

俄罗斯卫星通讯社华盛顿2月26日电 美国总统特朗普表示，计划提高钢材进口关税，以
振兴国内钢铁制造业。
特朗普对记者说："如果要靠提高关税来振兴美国钢铁业，那就这么做吧。"
美国商务部此前建议，对俄罗斯和中国等10个国家出口的钢铁征收53%关税，同时实施
进口配额制度。
据悉，就该提议目前尚未作出决定。
美国商务部建议征53%关税的国家包括中国、俄罗斯、巴西、哥斯达黎加、埃及、印度
、马来西亚、韩国、南非、泰国、土耳其和越南。而针对其他国家则建议征收24%进口
关税。
美商务部报告显示，美国是全球最大钢铁进口国，与此同时，该国钢铁行业就业人数在
过去20年中下滑了35%。目前，美国有关钢铁的现行反倾销法规共有169条，其中29条针
对全球最大钢铁生产和出口国--中国。

台湾台北——周三，在一个有台湾总统参加的晚宴上，国务院官员重申了美国对台湾的
防务承诺。一天前，中国领导人发出严厉警告，称中国对台湾的主权不容挑战。
“美国政策的目标是确保台湾人民可以继续在自己选择的道路上前进，不受胁迫，”副
助理国务卿黄之瀚(Alex Wong)在台湾首府台北的宴会上说道，台湾总统蔡英文就在一
旁。
在美国商会主办的宴会上，面对包括美国顶级企业代表和台湾高级官员在内的700人，
黄之瀚表示，美国希望“加强我们与台湾人民的联系，增强台湾人民捍卫民主的能力”。
“我们对这些目标的责任从未如此之大，”黄之瀚补充道，他的此番言论，距特朗普不
顾中国反对签署《台湾旅行法》(Taiwan Travel Act)过去还不到一个星期，这一措施
鼓励台美官方高层来往。
