非了，找到对应的原诗有时并不是一件很容易的事。相比之下，“常凯申”和“门修斯
”的谬误，就完全属于知识结构上的缺陷了。
最近一个时期，学术界的浮躁与功利，时常受到世人的批评。其中堪称典型的，莫
过于所谓“四大名人”的人名误译问题：一是孙武子(西文译法Sun Tzu)被误译为“桑
卒”，二是孟子(西文译法Mencius)被误译为“门修斯”，三是蒋介石(西文译法Chiang
Kai-shek)被误译为“常凯申”，现在最新出现的一个，是把《念奴娇·昆仑》的作者
毛泽东误译成“昆仑”，成为近来的一个热门话题。
闹出这个笑话的人，是同济大学哲学系副教授陆兴华，挑出这个毛病的人，是作家

Just read how Russia built second pipeline to China and no longer using
dollars , but petro yuans and rubles. We can no longer simply use threat of
sanctions and tariffs. We can negotiate but must treat our peers, even those
who see the world differently, as participants or we will fail.

Based on public information,the house was purchased in 2013 about $198K; now
worth over $240K (appraisal value) owned by husband & wife. Mr. Pei had a
business registered in his name and used his residency address; doubt if he
filed tax return as Sole Proprietorship or set up a separate entity. The
revenues/sales of the business was less than $20K each year for the last
three years at least.
