Sports steering wheel是flat bottom的，很好。我发现这个很重要，flat bottom的
确实可以帮助driver更精准的过弯。steering重量适中，没有特别的感觉和surprise。
Suspension的感觉很特别。比S4和335i软一些，但开起来感觉非常solid, 即使过弯有
body roll但也没有觉得很不secure。Mercedes的车真的是很有特色，从关车门的那一
瞬间，就感觉进了银行的保险箱，觉得自己是无比的安全强大，无坚不摧。以前看过一
篇文章，说Mercedes会specially engineer关门的声音，和过bump的声音和feedback。
给人的感觉就是无比的stable和secure。相信喜欢这种感觉的人不少，虽然我更喜欢比
较aggressive的风格。Mercedes本身的stable和secure,再加上AWD的帮助，感觉就更强
烈了。但正是这种非常stable非常secure的感觉，让我觉得这就是perfect的Grand

和MS的大部分码工一样，我很快就适应了在Redmond的生活，而且不是一般地适应。虽
然我才27岁，但是对我来讲，世界就是家，MS，和Costco。
在MS我很快掌握了一个聊天的原则，那就是永远不要问“What do you do in your
spare time？”那是很让人尴尬的。二年前，在All hands大会后和一新认识的人聊天
，我问了这个问题。结果对方像接一个很有难度的算法问题一样，Uhhhh.. hmmm…oh
yes! kayaking! That’s right! I kayak in my spare time.
我也没有女朋友，曾经对我们楼的一个receptionist印象不错，于是我就借很多书，然
后几乎每天都可以去问她有没有我的书来。但是后来一赶deadline，我连“借书”的时
间也没有了。release以后，她已经被调到别的楼去做receptionist了，我和她之间的
一切可能就都无疾而终了。
最近睡得一直都不太好，一方面是为了13天后的RTM，另一方面是我觉得我的生活有一

Are you saying MySQL has better "latency" w/ its notoriously crappy
query optimizer? Seriously?? Uhhhh.. wait, you do know what a QO is,
right? ... ... Guess not, OK let's not waste time here. LOL.
As for being used by Twit or what not. The only advantage MySql has
is it can be customized so people can replace its slow garbage with
their own more efficient modules. That's all. It has NOTHING TO DO
w/ MySql own quality. |
