佬致意一次，以后要经常来这里混了。By the way 浏览了本版的帖子，对IOWA的淳朴
民风印象深刻。IOWA的风景照那贴俺也看了，不禁心向往之。
有一个疑问，在iowa city买车（二手）是不是不方便啊？ 看craiglist上的货源很少
，价格也偏高似乎。或者去周围的城里买？ |

I heard that IC's summer is very humid, but have no idea about the
differnece in humidity between campus apts and other places.
Some people who live in campus apts installed A/C themselves. I guess that
will help to reduce the humidity either. |

In UI, the Stat program is highly ranked in US. I know a lots ppl in Stat
graduated wit PhD and got very good job. |

condition is not as good as others), together with free local phone, cable
TV and internet, and bus to the campus.
If one bedroom is not available ( that should be in HC), I suggest you to
take a two bdroom at HD cause the heating and hot water already included in
the rent ( but for HC, you need to pay, $20~40 in summer, and $80~over 100
in winter). |

see the HD or HC apartment( too bad compare with other states). the
university housing office sucks.

are you guys crazy? drive here from either NH or LA will take you at least
two days. I don't think you can keep driving 20 hours or even longer.
