states don't. The limitation also varies depending on permanent resident
status. Is it possible for people on this board to speak about the situation
in each state now (preferably providing reliable sources)?

发帖数: 15155 | 37 本来野马卖了是不打算买车了，不过最近天是越来越冷了，下雪天小摩托就歇菜了。
正好看到离我们一个小时的一个城市有这么一个crown vic P71，1999，only 83000
miles。今天去看了看，ride smooth，底盘没有锈（前车主是个mechanic，他auction
买的，说是FL的警车），everything works。clean title，也打开看了没什么body
work痕迹（毕竟是body on frame，不过趴下去看了看，底盘也还好）。之前P71论坛有
人说的一些问题也都检查了，各种油、液都挺干净。Cold AC。就是车外面比较脏，不
过这都不是问题，回来洗洗就干净了。
车主开价3500，最后砍到2900.
原打算回来再看看，后来想想价格还可以了（我们这边一般14、15万里程的，也要2500
以上，这个里程的没有6000拿不下来），就去取钱，转title。
从那边开回来，一路很稳，70-100mph的提速都很快，而且安静。最爽的大概就是回来
路上，所有车都给我让路，LOL。中间有一段修路，限速55，不过没有车，一般都开到
