成绩出来了，涉险挤入了９９队伍。总的来说，准备的不是很充份，详见以前贴的＂我
的step ３经历＂，主要是在吃CK的老本；其他乏善可陈，成绩单里唯一的一个星号是
给了CCS，这里就说一说CCS好了。
以前总把CCS和CS混淆，其实这两个有一个共同点就是open choices和uncertainty。在
这总场合，最重要的可能就是要有一个严格的protocol，这样可以尽量避免遗漏。考过
CS的同学都知道LIQOR AAA和PAMHUGSFOSS的重要性。CCS也一样。网上比较流行的是
Neeraj的protocol，用google一搜就能找到。非常有用。我把他的protocol稍微整理了
一下，自以为是更加简洁有条理一些。给几个朋友用了用，有的朋友觉的没有时间应用
，有的朋友用了觉的还成，让我贴出来，最后的决定是如果考出来还行就贴，要不就不
出来吓人了。

Check iron and potassium level.
May not need TID ferrous sulfate since it's so corrosive to the gi tract. Fe
is hard to absorb with low acid production from the ppi anyway. May give
with vit C but another pill burden. Suggest once daily or dc until ulcers
completely heal.
Potassium chloride may be inappropriate during active gi bleeding as well.
Consider if Lasix is less appropriate compared to hctz.
Use protonix 40 mg daily for 4 weeks for duodenal ulcers. |

Pylori, I still think it is valid. That is why antiacid treatment works for
ulcer.
GERD's symptoms are also related to the acid, it does not matter how much.
In addition, the acid secretion is dynamic, the average base line may be

cause bed sores.
Possible reasons: first might be neglect and the baby was lying in her own

所有的先进技术和医学成果，加起来连给人体自身的免疫系统提鞋都不配。
举几个例子:
1) 到今天连感冒病毒都搞不定，还是只能依赖人自身的免疫系统。
2) 癌症治疗。放射疗化疗以破坏人免疫系统为代价，无法治愈，只是延缓死亡过程。
3) 腹部手术后的scar tissue问题。
4) 糖尿病也无法治愈，只能控制和延缓并发症发病时间。
5) 哮喘也无法治愈。用糖皮质激素后遗症更严重。
6) 免疫机制疾病，crohn，ulcerative colitis。很多人都被迫切除大肠，一辈子要挂
个屎袋子。
