是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有

就停了药。好了两天，到周五，就又不行了，红，流泪，酸，怕见光。一个新的ulcer
又出来了。周六看另一医生，说上次没全好，细菌还在。接着用红霉素。用了两天，没
啥用，感觉恶化了。昨天看医生，给开了zymaxid （加替沙星C类药）。说是每天用4滴
（4 小时一滴白天）。用后按着泪鼻管2分钟减少进血液药量减少对胎儿影响。
今天感觉大有好转。挺担心药对胎儿的影响。可不用药又不行。有没其他孕妈有什么经
验和建议？
好后悔带隐形眼镜。十来年都没出问题过，在最不该出问题时出问题。特难过。希望我

From the picture, I did not see any 脓包 or ulcer. So it does not look like
diabetic foot ulcer, most likely it is a pure skin problem. It looks like
eczema to me. You can try Over-the-counter products, such as hydrocortisone
1% cream. Stop suing it if it does not help or the swelling gets worse
and seek professional help. Bless. |

量，然后睡觉前一杯蛋白粉，作息时间也乱，睡眠不够，最后胃溃疡了。。。2个月修
养，终于好了。。
给大家提个醒，不知道大家有没有类似经历。。
1. 永远不要吃过量，迟到7-8成就好，真的要多吃，就多吃流质的东西，不要多吃肉和
饭，当你的胃过了承受极限，不能消化更惨。胃病让我瘦了8kg，得不偿失啊
2. 蛋白粉不要空腹单独吃，要吃最好加水果+牛奶+peanut butter一起，单独吃胃部分
泌胃酸过多，又没有碱性东西中和，可能造成胃病。。
3. 压力不要太大，作息要规律，早睡，虽然peptic ulcer是h pylori引起，但是为什
么很多人有h pylori没有发病，我觉得还是那些人的immune system够强大，如果自己
本身身体够好，体内酸碱能平衡，ulcer也不会发作。。 |

简短更新一下，自从上次发帖后，狗狗情况还是不妙，输血后两三天血红细胞就跌到10
以下，10以下随时都有生命危险。没有找到明确出血点，而一直输血是普通家庭根本承
受不起的，每一次输都要住院，账单都是1000加，我们已经花了10k＋给狗治病了，而
且输血次数多了也会逐渐失效的。当时真的非常的焦虑和难受一方面真的舍不得狗狗，
一方面经济上的压力非常非常的大，因为没有明确的诊断，投入的钱都不知道有没有用
，看不到希望。如果诊断明确了，即使花再多点钱只要能治好，我们肯定会继续的。
最后决定再试一次。给狗狗输了血，然后到了周末，狗狗精神好一点，我们带他出去了
，全家和狗狗照了很多照片，觉得狗这次挺不过去了，就要离开我们了。周二去了
tuffs的兽医院，决定最后再试一下。去了哪里照例重新验血检查，也没有什么新的诊
断，我们看了三家兽医院，电话咨询了一家，所有的受益基本都判断是ulcer引起的失

or 2 ulcers. But I got so many at the same time. And I only get ulcer once
or twice a year. This could not happen by other factors.
