废话篇
今年重新恢复训练以来，基本上是一直在跑easy，速度控制在HR75%以内。作为B
ase Training还是很见效的。首先是没有受伤，其次MAF两个月就提高了40多秒，
Weekly Mileage也在上周第一次达到70MPW。之前最高的是再前一周的50MPW，其
实这个增加的还是有些激进。不符合10%的原则，欢迎拍砖。好在是一直没有跑快
，靠蜗牛速度、磨时间安全完成。
Base Training结束了，下一步是跑速度呢还是继续维持高Mileage呢？这个时候
脑袋一热就准备跑个长的，平时的Trail一圈也就5、6mile，要跑长的岂不是要闷
死。看看地图发现从我家到Outbacker家大约25mile左右，这个距离很有吸引力。
周末Longrun能跑个全马还是很让我心动的，尤其是去年的首马跑了郁闷五个多小
时，能够刷新一下当然是求之不得。
准备篇
然后就把计划告诉outbacker，要求单程接送和陪跑服务。我们这个乡下的城市可
是没有什么公共交通。更何况这是从MO到KS两个州。

也许值得讨论一下。日本卡通漫画当中存在着相当多的历史文化内容，诸如圣斗士星矢
当中所杂陈的希腊神话和北欧神话；七龙珠的西游记渊源；天空之城借用了格列佛游记
的飞岛；冒险少女娜汀亚的船长叫尼犘，潜艇名字是鹦鹉螺号；神风怪盗贞德干脆让
Jeanne d'Arc转世，而同她唱对手戏的辛巴德又是出自天方夜谭。。。。。。等等等等。
同上述这类作品相比，一些作品并未很直接地涉及文史，但其中却体现着强烈的历史地
理人文背景，例如幽灵公主在整体构思上对吉尔伽美什的效仿；罗德岛战记里面的欧洲
中世纪色彩；出现于海贼王之中的诸多带有不列颠以及伊比利亚色彩的人物名字，很容
易让人联想到在我们这个时空当中已经成为历史的大航海时代；时代定位于两次世界大
战之间的红猪，地点是亚得里亚海；甚至在机动战士高达这样的纯粹的“未来史”当中
，冷战的影子都隐约可见。此外，很多动漫直接改编自名著，连名字都不换，象佛兰德
斯的灵犬， 三千里寻母记， 苦儿流浪记，小公主。。。

简单概括下中国皇朝更替 细节省略。
从夏朝算起，夏朝以前是大锅饭，人民当家做主，安居乐业。大禹的儿子启结束了禅让
，建立夏朝，开始了中国世袭王朝。夏朝结束于桀，被商朝汤所灭。商朝末代君主是纣
，就是封神榜里面与苏妲己卿卿我我的情圣。西周本是商朝一个诸侯国，后武王伐纣，
商朝退出历史舞台。西周都城西安，周幽王为博美人一笑，烽火戏诸侯，葬送了江山性
命。其子即位，迁都洛阳，即东周。东周诸侯纷争，这段时间史称春秋战国。当时比较
帅的诸侯国被称为春秋五霸和战国七雄。
后秦始皇一统江湖，千秋万代，是二代。秦朝是中央集权，没有诸侯国。作为第一个封
建王朝，新手没有经验。加上秦二世暴政，陈胜吴广揭竿而起。项羽同志更是一把火烧

tri, 140.6（因为总距离是140.6mi）等等。其他距离的triathlon都不是真正的
ironman. 在中文世界里，所有triathlon被广泛称为‘铁人三项’，ironman被称为‘
大铁三’。和国际上的习惯用法是不一致的。
那么，ironman是不是最长距离的tri呢？不是的。更长距离的tri有double ironman,
triple ironman, ultraman等等。听上去有点像那个上完硕士博士再上壮士烈士圣斗士
的笑话了，呵呵。 |

triathlon sounds a little more fancy than running although I of course
considered myself a runner. You just inspired me to try a triathlon as soon
as possible.
A person who finished Ironman would be called "Ironman".
However, a person who finished 100 miler would probably be called "Crazy,
Insane, or Are You OK man" instead of "superman, ultraman..."

I found all these in my local library, including some audio CD version such
as Finding Ultra.
Btw, I just came across Finding Ultra review online - if it sounds good to
you then you'll enjoy the book, as well as Eat and Run. They aren't really
about vegan, but about life and finding oneself.
