，白人。值得注意的是这次活动亚裔团体里好像少了上次看到的不少南亚人。上次照片
里看到他们，他们还写文章说他们深肤色所以同情黑人。
去的黑人不多，值得注意的是黑人进一步分化了，那个女黑人活动家 Ty Black不仅没
有去，还反对了被他们批评。
媒体反应很低调，都客观简单报道。特别值得注意的是评论的稀缺。最多是在雅虎上，
然后再NPR上。这就是我们斗争的成果，否则他们很嚣张。现在看来，不会有什么很糟
糕的结局了。

好消息，刚才看到有人已经举例纽约警察2004年跟梁警官最相似的意外走火打死人案，
警察被大陪审团免于起诉。那个白人警察在政府房的房顶上巡逻，跟梁警官一样拿着枪
，手指放在扳机上，当他正打开通往楼井的门时，一个人突然推门而入，他吓一跳而走
火打死此人。大陪审团认为这是一个意外而免于起诉。
梁警官的枪击更意外，是从墙上弹射过去打死格里的。两个案子比较可见，梁警官完全
是被当了黑白冲突的替罪羊，因为政治原因被起诉的。如果那个警察都无罪，为什么梁
警官要有罪？这是最好的case law，梁警官可以据此辩护。

警察开车撞死一个日裔大学生，被法院判不负刑责。
这个案子，跟白人警察Nuri意外杀黑人一起，同为梁彼得案最好的案例。必须在今后的
司法程序里被引用。
这个案子跟梁彼得案子比起来就是说，证明黑人的无理取闹，和黑人种族主义。对亚裔
够狠。他们可以意外杀了亚裔不负刑责，却非要亚裔意外杀了黑人进监狱15年。

NYPD Officer Peter Liang for the fatal shooting of an unarmed man, are
seeking a candidate to run against Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson
next year, The Post has learned.
“We will lobby against [Thompson] no matter what,” Karlin Chan, executive
director of the Chinese Action Network (CAN), said Tuesday, bluntly adding,
“This is political punishment for what he’s done.”

islander有24个,东亚裔更少,完全误杀的东亚裔几年都未必有一个.
有所有人的armed/unarmed, attacking/not attacking统计,也有黑人这方面的统计,但
是没有找到亚裔的数据. |
