E(y*|x),E(y|y>0，x),E(y|x) 取舍根据具体情况，好像没有绝对那个正确哪个错误，
否则qlim不会把这些expectation全给你。
max(E(y*|x),0) 这个好像比较直观，直接就是 max(x*beta,0)，可以手算，可能这是
你们公司人喜欢的原因，和客户解释起来也方便。
E(y|x)=prob(uncensored)*(xbeta+sigma*inverse miller ratio), 这个可能不太直观。
关于为什么不直接用ols,我猜可y*<0的这些负数值可能没有实际的意义，没办法解释
，或和正值的解释意义不一样，所以不能把这些正负数值混在一起做ols regression。
