You can propose graduate students and undergrad students. You don't even
need to have a student on hand. You can just say TBA (to be arranged).
After you get the money, they don't really care who you will hire.

True that I only went to grad school in the US.
CS is not an easy subject and it requires quite some effort.
The thing is that everything is demand and supply nowadays.
But it's hard to predict what will happen in 5 or 10 years.
Regardless of what your discipline is, I believe that if you
stick to it and master it, then hard working will pay off.
If I were my sister, I would probably stay home for undergrad in a
good Chinese university, much affordable, much better environment for

Umbrella insurance is the way to go because you get quite a bit of coverage
for relatively little cost. Grad students are probably better than
undergrad students, who typically do know how to take care of themselves,
much less about your property. I wouldn't worry about SSN and background
check for this type of demographics.
If you're considering other type of tenants, then credit and criminal
background check is almost always necessary. I wrote an article on this

1. tell me about yourself. answer this question in chronicle order:

- why interested in this company?
