i assume that visiting/adjunct are basically post doc alike. in some cases t

results are different. Be careful.
I handled many cases and ended of that the persons who wrote comments always
not 100% correct, in typical cases, only 30%-80% correct.
Sometime there are some underline assumptions which were not written out. |

grant 与疾病没有关联。 你要是说这个therapeutic method 希望不大也行， 这是你
的看法。 但你不能无视整个aim 的存在吧？ 但人家就无视了， 你能咋的？ 还有，
你的aim 建立在某已经发表的成果上， 接着解决下一个问题。 人家就对你要解决的问

公司宣布要做大型调整，内部两个大的group要合并。内部邮件发出来居然比媒体的报
道还要晚几个小时，几个manager提前都不知道。
现在我非常担心的h1b签证的申请, 目前我是opt。公司内部调整将在四月前完成，意味
着如果要裁员之类，肯定是在三月份发生。目前大家都不知道要发生什么，会不会裁员
，小team会不会合并等细节都不明朗。如果我三月份被雷，我可能没时间再找下家并申
请h1b。
公司层级很多，上下不沟通，这种大消息，我的manager以及我manager的manager居然
都提前不知道。按照公司高层这副做派，如果要裁员，也肯定是雷厉风行，不会提前打
招呼的。到时候告诉我manager要裁一个人的话，那很可能是我，背景：其他都是美国
人，除了三个新人外都在本公司工作了三年以上，互相关系良好。去年夏天之后招了3
个新人，只有我一个是全职，另外两个是contractor。
但是如果我现在开始找工作，并跳槽的话，时间很紧，找到再办h1b也不知道来不来得

因为俺觉着，有什么样的哲学就会指导什么样的具体处理方式

education selections based on morals. My guess the underlining reason is
that parents don't want kids to get used to the violence which may develop
to violent behaviors later in puberty, and they want the exposure postponed
until the kids can judge by themselves before absorb.
