期间加急无数次，
7月28号告诉材料不全，一顿补充材料，8月1日第一个材料包到，8月5日第二个材料包
到，
8月1日开始说under review
到现在
去uscis本地办事处请officer帮忙催，officer很无奈地居然收到好几天前的加急拒信
之后过了好久，来了个不痛不痒的信说8月9日之后10-20天给信儿
昨天又去uscis另一个地方办事处请帮忙加急，居然又把不疼不痒的信（好几天前的啊
！）发了过来
io也帮忙催了
就是上帝也至少给个sign了吧，uscis是什么怪力乱神这么难沟通啊！这离deadline就
剩下2个工作日了！ |

如果看标题您没懂，基本就是幸运的没遇到过这个问题，可以绕道了。
一个姐们儿，几年前来美国没能入境，原因是她顶着B1B2的签证，说来看男友。男方是
J1签证了。得，边境官认为我姐们儿目的不纯，让可怜的孩纸当天飞回国了！签了什么
paper work, 我姐们儿慌乱中也没听懂。
之后她男友挺仗义的，飞过去两个人登记结婚，重新给申请了J2签证。也签下来了。也
在美国团聚了。本来就应该像故事里：从此王子和公主就过上了幸福快乐的生活了。。。
现在要办绿卡，姐们儿FBI犯罪记录里有这个record!原文是什么 Charge 1-Allien
inadmissibility under section 212.
大家有明白人的，说说这个是否影响他们的绿卡通过啊？？她老公倒是没有任何犯罪记
录。
说实话，两人都是老实上进的好孩子，比起每天呜秧呜秧爬边境的老墨和贩毒份子强多
了。要是被这么个屁玩意给绊住了，真不值啊。 |

还有一个问题，记得有人说材料在移民局待的越久，批准的可能性越小， 5到6个月是
不是太长了？我递交申请后又做了10多次reviewer，现在withdrawal原先的申请再重新递，是不是
更好啊？

shown in their system will either be "pending" or "under decision".
Many time the officer will say " Your case is being processed" or "they are
processing your case". One time I asked what it means. Then the officer told
me your status shown is pending. So I guess processing means pending in
your case. |
