1) Underwear. Do NOT wear anything made with cotton, because if you sweat
just a little, cotton will make you feel the winter chill soon after. What

With regard to white shirt, go to Ralph Lauren outlet store and you can
probably get a very good shirt for less than $40.
One more thing: never, ever wear the shirts or suits brought from China.
