数老中比较不会不负责任的“Walk away"，而绝大多数老美，无论是白人，黑人还是老
墨，会轻而易举地把房子扔给银行，把自己应尽的责任扔给其他安分守己的其他纳税人
。而政府bailout的时候也只会救这些不道德的准备“Walk away"的人，而那些虽

联想到本版每次谈到道德和诚信问题，老中对自己都是不遗余力大加鞭伐，而对西方世

而是来镇压骚乱。这种骚乱在中国是不可想象的。
老中身上发生的欺骗都是步入发达社会前的小打小闹，跟发达国家的超级诈骗不是一个

first 6.125%,贷了270K, second 7.875%,贷了50K.现在房子市值约29-30万，first
loan还剩257K, second loan还有33K, 共290K,所以是接近underwater.
请教象我们这样的如何做refinance?我们没有现金，所以只能考虑no cost.谢谢！ |

有些条件
你要看你的loan 是否已经卖给Freddie Mae or Fannie Mac,如果是，就符合。
另外你是否2009年6月1日以后没有做过reif,如果是也符合。
无论是primary house还是rental 都可以做。
这个计划要帮助那些2008年前后Bubble的时候买房的买到最高点，没有机会做refi的人
。具体详情请看如下内容。
你如果符合可以明天给你的agent 打电话询问一下。03/19可以submit给银行了。
另外重要一点是不用order appraisal 了，如果条件符合的话，可不要错过机会了。

个人认为underwater light的原理是把灯光覆盖水域的鱼吸引到灯前来。因为是非自然
的，所以对覆盖水域以外的鱼无效。而覆盖水域跟灯的功率和水的浑浊度有关，高功率
的灯吸引到大鱼的概率自然大些。
考虑不周之处还请指正：） |
