Whethere Tang's doctoral degree from PWU is valid or not is still arguable.
To 办成铁案, you need to make it into undisputable fact base case.
In this case, Tang lied on his statement on "a doctorate degree in
electronics from Nagoya University, Japan, a master's degree in
electronics from Nagoya University" which he did not get either of them, and
you already have Nagoya University school website to prove it.

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。
