即使最近很多人通过打官司拿到绿卡，或申请到公民，还是有人在犹豫该不该打官司，
移民局会不会因为我告他们而给我穿小鞋？有这种想法不奇怪，拿个绿卡不容易，可不
想自己给自己过不去，等就等，好呆还有几千万的非法移民陪咱们一起等。我们还是用
事实来说话,
这是发生在麻州的一个案子(2007 U.S.Dist.LEXIS 9474),算是目前为为止我们所知的
唯一的算是移民局公报私仇之嫌的案子.这是基于婚姻的绿卡申请.原告在2004年1月给
他妻子递交绿卡申请,在等了2年多没结果后,原告在2006年4月把移民局"不作为" (name
check writ of mandamus-WOM)告上法庭.在案子交上不久,两位移民官突然拜访申请人
的妻子,结果发现他们两没居住在一起,然后移民官就威胁她撤消移民申请,否则就以欺
诈罪起诉她,然后要她妻子签了一张表.移民官拿到这个后就要法官把诉讼案子撤消--因
为申请已经处理完--这里是申请人自己撤消申请的.
丈夫律师知道后提出反驳:

PDF writer sometimes do have wired prob with word.
Undre such circumstances, i would just install a Post Script
supported printer driver (could be any brand or type), print
the doc to a print file (.prn), change extendion to (.ps).
Then use ps2pdf to convert it to pdf.
Every time eventually i can make it this way. |
