我觉得她是不是可以把手臂内旋程度改小一点。蝶泳是应该大拇指先入水，不过好像看
游的特别舒展的蝶泳高手很少有内旋特别厉害的。内旋会增加对肩关节的压力。
另外她蝶泳的波动有点大，入水深出水高。现在以小菲为代表的蝶泳趋势都是尽量在水
面附近保持身体的平直。undulation还是要有，但是要把力量更多的用在向前向前再向
前。我自己也有这个问题。。。今天特地问题了教练，她也没有想出特别好的drill来
帮助。。。看来只有平时游的时候慢慢体会。。。她隔壁泳道的那个孩子就很平。
让她把focus on undulation换到focus on going forward,她一旦波动小了，入水潜就
没有必要那么压肩膀了，会游的更舒展更从容。 |

），有一定的优势。
蛙泳的kick跟dophin kick的propeling power还是有差距的，而且蛙泳的kick跟蝶泳的
body undulation相矛盾，速度丧失巨大，根本不是同一档次的加速。蝶泳的kick对加
速贡献巨大，并把失速降到最低的损失程度。
大家要记住有趣的事实：碟泳是瞬间速度最快的泳式，所以适当运用还是很有用的。 |

2）二次打水太早，出水基本靠手臂的力量，节奏还有问题
3）水下streamline要练习，蹬壁滑行的时候手臂是弯的
4）水面上肩部还好，但是手臂前伸包括移臂和入水也是弯的
没有什么远景镜头，但是我怎么觉得这个池子没有25码。

swimming pool. My guess is that you did not try to kick as hard at the open
water because you were a bit tired or a bit more relaxed.

gear and cloth simply because size discrimination in USA (kidding).
very tight =/= tight enough. It should be extremely tight. The only case I
have problem with my cap, in my case, is loosing when I do butterfly (due to
either I am not moving my head correctly or too much shear force during the
body undulation ) |

最drastic的提案是可用Any kick。一是避免作弊，一是make it a faster stroke. 她
认为蛙手碟腿会快很多， 这个rule change队flyer最有利，对蛙泳specialist最不利
。我们俱乐部蛙泳好手不多，rule change 我们的蛙泳混合泳有利。当然，最后提案是
unlimited dolphin kick to 15meter,也没有通过。
碟腿蛙手drill练的主要是身体的undulation. 这个蛙泳style现在多了。

上岸。是不是没时间经常下水？
动作要点没有提undulation，也没有提水里的drill（省略掉了？）。重点强调
cosmetic的要领ok，但是必须有足够的训练来burn in。通常是有足够训练量又有比较
好可塑性的游泳队小孩比较适用。成人……如果以前没有蝶泳和一定的自由泳基础，走
burn in的学习路径，学习效果拭目以待，说不定也是一种很好的方法。
学phelps很好，if the learner has such extreme range of motion, and flat
eccentric and concentric force curves in the full range。举例来说，phelps的
肘高于头一尺时，拉力几乎不下降；一般人别说高于一尺，就是半尺，拉力都会下降30
%。没有这个天分，光模仿phelps的动作，比如学他深压胸的同时尽量保持臂贴近水面
屈肘抱水，就是专业练蝶泳的也觉得脑袋上来费劲。

去年把一整个pedalboard给弄丢了，买来卖去，搞了一年，终于像点样子了。大家把自己的setup啊，用过的effect pedal 也拿出来晒晒吧！！期待xchain奔他的器材！

功能更多。
boss 7 band eq：Solo的时候用来 boost 中频和volume，中规中矩没啥特别的，占用的空间比较小，所以就用了
eventide modfactor：eventide 的modulation，chorus 比较一般，没有特色，其他的effect都很好,特别是Undulator。本来想买Electro-
Harmonix 的memoryman，不过后来还是挑了eventide功能比较多，就是chorus跟eh比起来没啥特色
eventide timefactor： 非常喜欢的delay效果，很好用，完全不会改变吉他的音色，以前那个line6简直是垃圾
