这样说，工资在经济平稳时期实际是由创造的价值决定的。一个工人每小时
只能创造$9的价值，那么资本家不会给他$10，同是也不会太低给$5，否则
竞争的工厂就会扩增，然后付给他$6, 然他来提供$3的利润，当然还有些
其他因素，但是基本思路是这样的。
那么把最低工资从$8提高的$10的下场是什么？很简单，所有低技能，只能
创造$8-$10的工人全部失业，并不是他们的工资变成$10, 然后push原来
$10的工种工资变成$12, 而是这帮人再也没人愿意雇佣。这是对美国劳动
力的一大浪费，这帮人没法从事生产。同时，他们成为失业者，不算他们会
大量消耗的社会福利，就算相应提高的犯罪率，这个成本也很惊人，所以
是双重灾害。
我不是说$8就够了，穷人就该穷。我的理念是，凡是工作的，就应该有decent
的生活，而提高最低工资完全是简单粗暴吃力不讨好的政策，只会带来失业，
福利浪费，犯罪，物价上涨。其实，我觉得最好的办法就是EIC, 就是报税
