Apple Cider跟苹果汁很相像，不过是不加任何process，做菜的时候如果需要汤汁和糖
，用它代替最好了。Trader Joe's每年的年尾都有卖Spiced Apple Cider,做菜最好，
特别是用来腌渍禽类，不但入味，还嫩滑肉质。

比较推荐Almond butter with flaxseed (Omega 3), 代替花生酱对健康好多了，

Kosher organic whole chicken 比whole foods organic好吃），Sashimi grade Ahi
Tuna (但是越南产的），品质比日本店略差但是比大华什么的好多了，Trader Joe's
truffle,
Scharffen Berger巧克力（吃过了好的巧克力，其他的普通品牌没法入口，不过SB才给
Hershey's
收购，估计质量要下降），各类冰冻甜品特别是cheesecake, unfiltered concord
grape
juice(concord grape就是kyoho grapes)...
TJ牛奶品质不怎样，不建议在那里买。 |

当地时间2月14日，美国副总统拜登和国务卿希拉里·克林顿在美国国务院举行午宴，
招待来访的中国国家副主席习近平。
虽然到场的200多名来宾中，不乏如前美国国务卿基辛格、迪斯尼老板伊戈、可口可乐
老板肯特、高盛老板布兰克芬等响当当的人物，但华裔大厨蔡明昊却成为当天最大的亮
点。

据美国媒体报道，经历了上午与奥巴马和拜登近4个小时的轮番会谈以后，习近平在抵

猫，3个月就咔嚓了。。。
Anyways我就上网去查，发现很多人推荐可以在水里和食物（wet food)里掺一点
organic apple cider vinegar with mother (raw and unfiltered, unpasturized)。
据说很多猫都是这样治好的 （然后maintain的），楼主要不要试试？在一般healthy
food store都有的。还有就是也可以给一点cranberry pill，也是利尿的。希望有帮助
