鱼胶粉+牛奶+芒果汁+新鲜芒果颗粒（optional)
鱼胶粉叫gelatin. 老米supermarket卖 gello 的一栏里面有。
买写明 unflavored 的。
可以参照盒子上面的比例，多放大概10-20%的液体，吃起来软一点。

吉利丁是gelatin，不是果冻粉（当然果冻粉的原料一定少不了gelatin的哈）
就在果冻粉的地方找，包装上应该有unflavored gelatin
比较常见的长这样

饰品了，灵机一动搞了个蝴蝶结，看上去像位大小姐，于是我就叫她“提拉米苏小姐”
啦。
提拉米苏的方子很多，我试过几种，觉得这个方子还不错，适合硬体蛋糕成型，又有顺
滑香农的口感，介绍给大家一试。
9寸圆形活体模的量
我的原料：
蛋黄6个，Mascarpone cheese（马斯卡彭芝士）2盒共约16oz，heavy whipping cream
2小盒约500ml，糖1 cup，ladyfingers手指饼2+1/2袋，马萨拉酒（咖啡酒，rum 或
brandy）15ml,Espresso咖啡粉10g，无味布丁粉（吉利丁粉）1/2包。
我的做法：
1 把糖和蛋黄混合打发至柠檬色，隔热水加热（先烧开水，然后转小火）5分钟并不断
搅拌，然后把其冷却到室温
2 吉利丁粉半包用20g热水溶解，倒入打发的蛋黄糖糊中，放入Mascarpone cheese充分

糕。情人节的前一天晚上等老公和孩子都睡着了，给老公做的，第二天早上老公非常的
surprise，晚上回家给我带回来了一朵玫瑰花。：）
干料四种：
1cup低筋面粉
1 teaspoon 泡打粉（baking power）
¼ teaspoon 盐（也可以不加）
1 cup 糖（分两份）（这个酌情，我只用了1/3cup）
湿料四种：
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
蛋黄4个
蛋白4个打入一个干净无水无油的容器

我因为要做分层的，就用了5个蛋的配方，就是上面的配方每样再多加1/4。
烤箱预热到370度，放到烤箱烤32分钟就好了。
打发奶油加了自己做的稳定剂，是用的这个方子，感觉还不错，不怕化了。第一个
picture是刚做好的时候照的，第二个是第二天早上照的，从冰箱里拿出来好久也不怎
么变形。

现成的jello和jello粉里面都是一堆堆的色素香精之类的。自己用果汁做，加点
蜂蜜，红糖，牛奶之类的，想加多少就加多少，娃也很爱吃。而且自己做可以控制软
硬度，做软一些就不用担心像国内那种偏硬的果冻一样造成卡喉窒息 |

刚开始前4，5天不愿意吃奶瓶，哭得多，睡得少，笑得也少。
现在醒着不吃，只能睡着了吃一点.因为怕过敏，吃的是氨基酸奶粉.
又因为Elecare 无味道很难吃，所以现在吃的是一半一半：
Elecare Unflavored(for age under 1 year old) +
EleCare Jr Vanilla(for age above 1 year old)
