我又仔细研读了贷款合同。首先我签的买房合同对贷款公司没有强制性要求，另外在这
个贷款合同里面也明确提出我可以选择别的家进行比较，当然前提是没有赞助的5000
closing fee.
另外这4%是这样得到的：目前市场60天内的利率+0.25%=4%。也就是说锁定的前提是要
加0.25%，这样推算这家公司用的市场利率是3.75%。这个也是他们的策略，给自己事先
提高一个空间，将来有所缓冲。所谓无商不奸是真言，呵呵。另外，还有一个优惠就是
现在签合同锁定利率后，在closing前的45天内如果市场利率降低了，我可以要求按低
利率close，当然只有一次机会。我个人分析他们之所以敢有这么个条款，很可能是他
们自己分析目前市场的利率只升不降。还有在贷款合同里面提到，我如果想要更低的利
率，那么closing fee要增加。又是一个平衡在里面，又是充分体现了商家的算计。
这样综合考虑下来，也许用他们的贷款也不是很差的选择。下周再跟我找的broker咨询
一下做决定。

互理解。
其实本质上而言，faulty memory 和 quality memory 就是两种不同的适应环境的方式
，无所谓绝对的好坏。相互理解更重要。
比如一个很实在的例子，就是版上的 “鸡汤” vs “砒霜”。。。就是老鼠到此一游
来过好几次，咋对付这个不愉快的经历的问题。。。faulty memory 的做法是立马开一
锅鸡汤喝下，然后面红耳赤的当面争论 “哥们我从来没看见过老鼠”。。。quality
memory 的搞法是立马买一吨砒霜备而不用，然后哪天看到一只老鼠就给丫的灌三斤砒
霜。半年后基本确信大部分老鼠都已经挂掉了，至于过去老鼠是不是来过就根本不在意
了，反正被三斤砒霜挂掉的老鼠将来不会再出来溜达就是了。
也就是前面说的。。。Argue with faulty memory, you changed the present。。。

memory 有时会不自觉地 play emotion card。。。记得我上面说过的 quality memory
confront everything around you from now on, thus avoid confront you as much
as possible (thus avoid working on unimprovable variables)。。。这可能导致
quality memory start emotion-detachment from now on。。。而最终 quality
memory 就获得了 “上海男人之理性”。。。而这个还被刻在潜意识层次。。。
