你还真有时间跟偏执狂较劲。
严格说这种视频并不能复制所有unintended acceleration的情况，因为（以我的了解
）有些UA不排除是软件原因。我之所以敢说“至少对于传统换挡杆来说换N档有效”，
是因为我几年前开丰田的时候就认真查过这个问题，翻了几百个网页。前2天又随便

让我们看一下摘要的简单译文（全文未见）：
“用近红外反射法，气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射
光谱法，并以化学计量法研究三种（分别）可抗霉菌病和抗虫的转基因水稻中重要的营
养物质成分组成（按欧共体标准），发现其营养成分组成和物理性状有非预期改变，其
中蛋白质、三种氨基酸、两种脂肪酸、两种维生素及其他数种（微量）元素出现了非预
期的构成变化。差异幅度：氨基酸20-74%，脂肪酸19-38%，维生素25-57%，（微量）元
素20-50%，蛋白质35%；植酸没有显著变化。相比于非转基因水稻，转基因水稻的营养

历史制度主义 unintended consequences 的一个基本框架吧（好久以前学的了，记得
不一定准确）：在某个 critical juncture, 一个原因导致了多种不同的结果，由于
increasing return 的存在，某种结果得到加强，因此被存在下来了，其他的结果消失
了，存在下来的这个结果，未必是当时 intended 的 consequence，所以会出现
unintended consequence，
但是注意，他们对于因果的理解仍然是一个 deterministic 的 correspondence,原因
x 导致了结果 y,z,w 这个关系是确定的，无论你重复若干次，每次 x 都会得到 y,z,w。
但是如果是分布，x 是某个分布函数的 parameter，那么它导致的结果是随机的，重复
多次，你只能得到每种结果出现的概率，而不是某种确定的结果。
因此 unintended consequences 在逻辑上是不完全的，他们不得不费力 |

Washington— In the face of a new government investigation, Ford Motor Co.
said Thursday it is recalling nearly 485,000 Escapes to repair sticky gas
pedals that can lead to unintended acceleration incidents.
The recall covers 423,000 2001-04 Escape SUVs with 3-liter V-6 engines and
cruise control, plus 60,000 outside the U.S.
