, Belmont那些地方。San Bruno, South SF的价位跟北fremont差不多，比Union City
肯定还是贵的。楼主如果觉得北fremont贵，那里也不会觉得便宜。
Union City西边那块靠近Ardenwood, 离半岛稍近，BART稍远，小学还不错。BART边上
靠近Brookvale, 离BART稍近，半岛稍远，没学区。这两块有一些国人。其他地方都不太
值得考虑。
走280只是理论上很好，实际上到了南半岛／南湾下了280还是堵堵堵。不过那一块确实
挺有潜力的，因为City现在势头很猛。缺点是那边靠近SF比较差的地方，闲杂人等比较
多，看上去社区没有北Fremont nice安全。

1。union city靠ardenwood那边。社区整洁、安静、安全。有80年代的房子，性价比高
（80-90万，1800-2000尺左右）还有一些白人邻居。也有很新很漂亮很大的房子，贵一
些。小学不错，初高中不行。他们是一个娃准备送私立。
2。Union city离bart站近有2000年左右的SFH，1800-2400尺左右。漂亮、新、大、光
线好、院子小、小区整洁。价格85-95万。学区不行，但生活方便，有marina food超市
、五月花、小肥羊、泰国菜、日本拉面、中国餐厅、面包店等等。坐BART方便（可骑车
不用停车）。
3。Newark湖区，环境很漂亮。生活特别方便，离Newark plaza 很近（大华、西贡渔港
、吃香喝辣、福恩园等），也有GOOGLE、FACEBOOK班车站。社区整齐、漂亮。户型也比
较大。80-95万。小学还不错840，中学820高中760。 有的人觉得可以接受。 |

上，security building，no pet， no smoking。走路到Amazon约3－5分钟。房间南向
大窗有downtown view。屋顶是7月4号lake union烟花绝佳观景点。
租金795，水电网络自付，大约80左右。
房内锅碗瓢盆，柴米油盐，queen size bed，沙发一应俱全。另有washer and dryer，
microwave and dish washer。只需要带衣服和被子就可入住。希望租给干净整洁的童
鞋。

有branch/ATM,在别的银行提钱会被charge；只有firsttech户口在任何credit union提
钱都不charge跨行费

感恩节和老婆去CA玩, 25号从三藩坐观光火车到LA, Amtrak时刻表上是晚上9点到Los
Angeles - Union Station, CA (LAX). 然后要去机场租车 或者 直接到机场附近宾馆
住下,第二天再去租车.
请问公交, 的士 or 机场巴士哪种方式晚上比较安全,价格也不算太贵(<$50 for 两个
人). 或者, 还有没有其它更好办法?
另外, 的士和机场巴士是不是都要预约, 怕火车晚点, 时间不好控制. 麻烦有经验的给
点建议. 谢谢! |
