发帖数: 345 | 21 在co和united合并前订了jfk-pek-can国航的票，在他们合并后改成提前一天的出发时
间。在起飞当天check in时，国航说票还是没有改之前的时间，后来跑到united的柜台
投诉（国航和united分别在7和1号航站楼），解释说是由于两家公司合并造成的ticket
number混乱，但是在他们的系统还是看到票的，给了一个新的票号，但是后来去到国
航还是不行，打united的电话又没有人接听。在国航的柜台受到各种白眼加怠慢，最后
在飞机起飞前一个小时时国航提出每人加50刀就可以给我上飞机，但是也同时威胁说去
到pek还是没有当天去can的票（不知道是不是想继续推销pek-can的额外费用）。当时
没有管后面那趟的问题，只想着回到北京就好了。但是在pek却很顺利，在特殊乘客柜
台就顺利办理了登机手续，没有任何额外费用。现在回到国内了，请问如何索赔？谢谢
各位大神指点 |

不知道为父母订票自己united 的mileage plus 用不了，所以就在mileage plus账户下
定了票，结果united都给默认为male了，passenger的名字是对的，就是性别定为男性
了。给united 打电话，说给改不了，说到时候拿着id ，check in的时候说一下就可以
了。
所以想问问这里的各位，像这种情况还能打电话要求改过来么？还是真像united说的
check in的时候再改就可以。
有人有过类似的经历么？多谢。 |

为实在不希望自己的捐款被他们浪费在不该花的项目上。今年发现受益人可以指定为
OCEF，
当年曾经有个和我一样优秀的、非常要好的同学，因为家庭困难不得不上了个县城办的
中专师范，好早日出来工作，养家糊口。从此我俩人生便走上了不同的岔路。。。
在中国的贫困地区，有多少个像你我一样优秀的孩子，因为经济困难，失学辍学，失去

Overseas China Education Foundation 就出来啦，然后就可以指定多少捐款到 OCEF。

到三藩是united 的飞机，头等舱。
登录united的网站，说是可以免费check in两个70磅的行李，但是打电话给united的客
服后，被告知需要联系韩亚，check in的行李要按照韩亚的规定。
打电话给韩亚，韩亚说应该联系united，因为是他们出的票。然后说如果按照他们的规
定，从上海到首尔只能check in 1个66磅的行李。
请问一下，我到底可以check in 几个行李啊？ 急问，多谢知道的大侠指点。 |

打电话给一个维修点，说肯定是Aperture Control Unit error。
还有人说这2个问题都可能造成显示error。
如何区分啊？
