我现在用的是TeXify(Shift+Ctrl+X),然后div2pdf。我的图都是.eps的，是不是就不能
用Pdf LaTex了？好像pdf不支持eps?我run的时候都是说unknow graphic extension.
如果我运行Tex(Shift+Ctrl+L)或者pdf Tex都告诉我Undefined control sequence, 1.

network. PC works fine and can ping solaris IP. However, Solaris can not ping
PC IP although it can access internet. Does anybody know what is going on? And
If I chose DHCP for solaris config, I can not change my host name which is
preset to unknow. But if I give it a fixed IP. I can change it. It is so
wierd. I would appreciate your kind helps very much. |

there are several reasons:
(1) the distribution of a gene
(2) the abundance of a gene
(3) possible isoforms of a gene
such as a simple question is here: the the gene is 3 kb or longer,
u can easily meet a lot of PCR problems to amplify it. |

HG-U133_plus 2 chips. Some of the probes are from EST and unknow genes. I
got a few of them significantly changed in my treatment. Is it worthwhile to

2. do you know the exact sequence of the isoform(s), or you are trying to

有人用过这个柱子吗？为什么，我们的每次总是用了几次后，用同样的标准样（std）
去测，peak area 值就会变大呢（相对标准偏差还是很小，也就是系统的rsd还是好的
，就是同样的东西，测出的peak area 变大了）？看起来这是一个cation-exchange
column，有什么要注意的呢？有什么方法能恢复呢？
另外，通常HPLC的柱子使用寿命是多久呢？我们的这个新柱子刚用了一个月，就变成这
样了。我们对于UNKNOW的值得测定是建立在unknown和std的peak area 的比较上建立的
，而不是建立标准曲线。所以直接导致unknown里的含量结果偏低。所以，我也有点怀
疑这个方法的有效性。
当然，我们每天要测20个样品左右。。这个会用影响吗？我都不好意思跟老板讲这个柱
子又有问题了：（
