同意Dr. Zhang的说法，病理诊断才是金标准(实际上也会有错的时候)，而楼主的情况
不太可能考虑活检的。胶质瘤、淋巴瘤、脱鞘病、感染，不是两次核磁就能明确的，楼
主肯定还要核磁follow up。另外楼主腰穿检查做了没有？结果如何？
关于诊断，99%，50%这些数字不知从何来的，99%没有依据，难道50%就有吗？这些数字
不会出现在任何医疗文书上的。我做医生的时候从来不会讲这些数字，只能说那种可能
性大，倒是有病人一定要问出个数字来。还有存活期限，没有确诊谈什么存活期限，就
是确诊了每个个案也不同，差异大了去了，往往是病人或者家属非要纠缠着问个明白，
好像是医生就一定要无所不知。
第一个印度医生貌似没犯什么错，反而感觉比较负责任或者说小心，如果当面瘫治了没
做核磁又如何？脑外医生倾向肿瘤也是合理的，到底哪个可能性大见人见智，好象也没
