期望一次成功,也不能期望只用一个猎头就成功.
对于没有身份而且没有经验的人来说,猎头确实比较难place你,她的错在于她不够
professional,对你太harsh,打击了你的自信心. 我的猎头也跟我说过,行业中确实有一
些比较tough比较direct的猎头,没什么,不用她/他就是,move on.
There are dozens of recruiters in the industry,不用一杆打死一船人.像我之前提
到的,除非你有自己的connections/interal referral, or through campus
recruiting, 否则你自己的资源和工作信息远不及任何一个猎头.

serioulsy, I just noticed the vix option was cheap at the time, while vix is
around 28.8, the 27.5 call only ask for $2.15 - a mere $0.85 premium.
when market is this volatile, a few points up/down of vix can be expected
within one trading session. So unless you are really unluckly, you should
easily get 50% gain and out. I personally think 100% gain should not that
hard neither. |
