起： local有个小店，peachmac是apple specialist，以前买ipad2时候去过。这次扫牛排
也去买了几个。出不去手自然准备退货。退货期是14天，unopened的是全额退货，我就
拿了2个去一个店准备先退掉。
承：去了以后小儿知道我要退货，直接让我hold住，去里面问经理。 十分钟后，经理没出
来，出来个大小二（比一开始小儿级别高）。说cannot accept the new ipad return。我
问为什么，给了我个电话让call。我直接打过去，cs听我说了以后，说transfer to owner
of the peachmac。。。然后紧接着电话挂掉。。。

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，

现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

要最后1，2排 （我自己在网上就能看到那两个座位， 那两个座位和我原来选的差太多
了）。 我原来选好了座位， 因为是DELTA 乱调位置搞出一前一后差出10万8000里的座
位， 我现在打电话提要求，难道客服就只能给最后一排中间而且还是我自己就可以选
上的位子？
我的逻辑是为什么DELTA调座位时要把我们分开，既然没有儿童成人之差？
你认为客服给你网上乘客可以自己选的倒数第2排还是中间两不靠的座位一定要与
supervisor商量？然后告诉你说是supervisor同意了，才open up unopened seats是真
心在帮乘客？我倒真不明白你的逻辑了。
