主要是鞋子形状和脚不配合。或者鞋子大小不合适.
这样弯曲的地方摩擦。
其实如果仔细观察。
平足容易有这个问题。特别穿curve的。
一般 motion control的就都是直 的鞋底。 |

我三月分半马之后，练了五个月，期间参加5K, 1 mile比赛，周末也跑了三四个十五迈
，到八月分半马，提高了不到六分钟，还跑得很痛苦。
EVE上次半马以后，七周一共跑三四十迈，结果全马的前半程PR了六分多钟，还能跑个
后半程。其实她潜力很大，半马水平远不止两小时。 |

宽度的nimbus 10，当时没有宽一点的size，凑合着跑，有足弓内侧很贴近的感觉，但
是还从未严重到磨出水泡，可能跟从未跑过15迈以上有关。 |

I was a little worried as I over stretched some muscle yesterday. But it
turned out to be ok.
The weather was very nice for this unplanned PR (about 8min faster than my
first one last year this time). But I think the most important is because of
our patient runner lion2997, who run with me, who let me to lead the pace

as amatuers, actually we never have a real "bankroll" just for poker. it's
always some money for fun we could afford to win more/lose. if we lose some,
then take a break, and get back again. the money we win won't make a diff.
in our lives at all. so don't take it too seriously like i did before, hehe.
for example, you won some for this vacation, then what if you lost, then you
wouldn't go (and enjoy life)?
