I am sorry to bother you, actually I have two servers (A and B) in my
clustering, both run w2k and jboss4.0.2.
I have a stateful session bean run on two server, and one standalone client
run on one server (A). when I try the failover function of Jboss, I found that
if I kill one server by Ctrl+C, my standalone client will not notice it, so it
failover to another server perfectly. However, if I unplug the network cable
of server B, I found that it will take extreme long time to failover |

各种不舒服，各种惭愧，所以把Meat Puppets三首略过了。但是熟悉Unplugged的人知
道，最后这首必须唱，不唱是逃跑行为。一遍过，效果不管，我唱了，我爽了，我存在
。熟悉的人知道听的点在哪里，不过要顺序听，不要直接拉到后面哦。不熟悉的，不要
被吓到……
关于Nirvana,抒发几句吧。Unplugged in New York是我1999年开始听西方摇滚的入门
功课。这个翻唱系列结束了，原来有14首歌，我唱了正好一半。其实我最喜欢的几首是
Kurt Cobain翻唱的Meat Puppets的三首，Lake of Fire没唱挺遗憾，那个尾奏吉他我
还钻研过，太好听了。这首本不是我特别喜欢的，但是翻唱完，又听了原唱，真觉得是
原唱是个神奇的演
绎。这是一首19世纪的民歌，旋律同Kurt Cobain自己的作品一样，两三句翻来覆去，
但是它的，也是这整个演唱会的神奇之处就是能感动人，也有着纯音乐的美丽。不熟悉
的同学非常建议找找视频来看。

keep minimum equip: memory, graphic card if no onboard one;
unplug the switch cables(power/reset) and (power light/hdd light, etc)
cables connected to motherboard (label them or photo them before unplug all);
TEST for power switch and mother board:
use screwdriver(or any metal) to touch the pins for power switch (unplugged
from power switch cables) on mother board.
another tip: if dust accumulated (on or below motherboard), use air dryer to
clean it.

Nevermind (1991)，In Utero (1993)， Incesticide， MTV Unplugged in New York
都弄了盗版之类的
很喜欢unplugged那张，可惜不久kurt就死了，那时候MTV还在放音乐，印象很深
某个歌他跳着躺到架子鼓上面，记得大学时候教西方文化的老师说jim morrison
号称自己的音乐都是在装，所以他觉得摇滚都是装，下面立刻就沸腾了，我没和
他辩论。不过他要愿意装，也可以跳着躺到架子鼓上面试试...
记得in utero里面有首开头是一段吉他纯噪音，给山东状元同学听，对方很惊讶
在美国上学时候还去一个小厅看了关于他的某个纪录片，基本就是指控他老婆
雇人杀了他。另外看看美国那些荒废的小镇，跟中国农村也差不多

需要先把intake manifold拆下来，总共8个大螺丝有些很难整。

今天距我去kpmg inside look整一周，一周内从期望到失望，到
冷静，现在心情已经平复。决定发发面经，虽然现在recruiting
season已经过了，估计价值不大，不过考虑到当初我特想了解整
个过程的心情，希望至少能对将来要面第二轮的人有些许帮助。
我去的是chicago office。

在kpmg check in 以后，大家一起坐大巴（一共两个大巴）去一
个餐厅的二层，本来以为是个休息等待室，结果服务员来提供开
胃菜和饮料，然后就发现大家都站着开始聊天了。场地比较拥挤
，不过气氛很轻松随意。我前后和三个firm里的人聊了聊，时间
就差不多过去了。不过因为是我第一次穿高跟鞋，我感觉站了好
久好久，脚都疼得不行了。

我想80%的美国人，都知道Eric Clapton吧。
这位史上布鲁斯绝对大师级的，灵魂人物。
他的经典作品，layla, tears in heaven, cocaine，wonderful tonight, 好多人都朗
朗上口。
他得过无数格莱美奖，题名就不计了。
他的编曲，他的词，他精湛的琴艺，不管是电子，还是unplugged的
每次我听完他的现场的video， 都无法克制的激动，
无法想象如果去看他的现场，那是多么畅快淋漓！
我现在已经把听一次clapton的unplugged现场定为近期目标了。
因为他真正开演唱会的机会真的不多了，
他真的老了。
现在每次开，都应该是最后几次的绝唱了。
