跟trading frequency有关，unrealized gain是不用上税的，持有时间在一年以上的
security上的gain税率是15%。所以假设是买股票，有两种极端情况：
1. 如果一直无dividend, 不trading, 会得到：1.05^30 * 0.85 > 401K gain
2. 如果一直不停地trading, 全不符合long term capital gain rate, 那么就像你说
的，会得到：1.03^30 < 401K
每个人的trading 频率不同，最后的结果会在二者之间。
如果买其他asset，也会不一样。所以要根据个人情况定。先应该想好asset
allocation, 然后问自己，401K能不能帮我更好地tax manage其中的某一部分。根据大
家的回答，我自己的研究，Roth 401K确实是最好的选择，今天已经该了：） |

Games，但看起来又不像。
上网查了一下，貌似不在加州，是家做Medical相关的公司？请问是很牛的公司吗？之

等虽然也开始追赶，但是各种问题存在，而且Unity量级也不小了。
当年开始创业时有人劝过我用unity，说cocos2d-x既然是国人的，“迟早会有问题”－
－－－我不信，结果。。。做到最后是觉得如果要提升整体游戏质量和水平，必须放弃
cocos2dx转向unity，但已经没那个资金和时间去转。 |

However,RCU does not have any write side primitive which looks traditional
write lock. That is, their update side primitives need other locks to keep
threads safe.

就是说，RCU只允许一个写线程，一个一个地写。如果有多于一个的写线程，必须要使
用另外的锁进行同步。具体的source code这个slide里面都有。
所以RCU依赖于其他的resource锁定方式，根本不可能是lock free的。我一直说，有些
theoretical junk是依赖于unreal的假设，根本不实用。

of the house based on the current market price.
This is all unrealized loss until the bank sells the foreclosed house.
They are not in a hurry to sell given such a low interests rate. It is

事情太多。
具体说说：
1.家庭收入如果不需要助学金会帮助的。
2.try too hard是最大弱点，做的事情太多，让人觉得时间不会安排，并且觉得太
unreal，不会享受生活，有蜻蜓点水的感觉，也没有时间思考重要问题，容易burn out
。人时间是有限的，做的多肯定不如专心做几样的。EC如果减少到4个，然后那个
tutoring business是赚钱的，一年有个几万收入的，那申请就成了。
如果我是admission的，肯定也不会特别喜欢这种try too hard的，当然会把他放在
candidate pool里面，到最后没有其他的好的，就会放进去。但是很明显每年申请人中
优秀的很多，基本上会被放弃。
课外活动游刃有余非常重要，在工作上也非常重要。 |
