然醫學醫師陳俊旭, Minutemen libraries有他幾本書, 網站可查到. 這是我自己看過n
個中西醫之後, 真正有實質幫助的.
my 2 cents: 補充Omega-3, Vitamin C(抗發炎), L-Glutamine(初期修復腸細胞), 服
用Probiotic, psyllium husk(排毒), 擦organicVirgin coconut oil(unrefined,
cold pressed), 戒食牛奶麵粉製品和海鮮(慢性過敏原).
我以前是不信這些的, 呵呵.
也許你讀了以後可以找到適合自己情況的方式.
或是許多detox的英文書籍也有相似的論點.
