不过是故意用这个话题玩政治。两个党表面上口头表示非常支持STEM 绿卡，但是都故
意在自己的法案里面特意加上对方绝对不能接受的条款，本来他们可以达成一定的妥协
，比如砍掉一半的DV绿卡，加上一半的STEM 绿卡，本来法案也可以以简单多数通过，

因为要求降级，USCIS不受理，因为目前把CASE转到LOCAL OFFICE。于是找众议员参议

：我觉得这意思就是怀疑我们是恐怖分子，要一级戒备。我不知道这是啥意思，按说我

1. I-140 beneficiary应该要有合法身份。要不然，让一大批等排期的人蹲移民监，有
违AC21以及大统领的法律文本和讲话精神。State Department发布了第二排期，但是避
而不见。但是没有具体提到140 EAD，只是说道要承认I-140 beneficiary的"legal
standing"。
2. EAD拖拖拉拉，发得太慢，USCIS居然还不承认，然后借口“国家安全”为由，想要

首先，确实跟佳能联系了，本来做好了流血的准备。但是回信在下面，不过technician
提示我可以开机后迅速按Menu进入，然后disable Auto-cleaning。我实验，确实可以
进来，而且我选择了Clean Now，结果听到几次快门声，clean还是能做的。然后关机重
