时是在Local低速撞的，没人受伤，车也都能开，对方也说Sorry认错了，我就想交换下
保险什么的算了，没有想打电话报警。但是对方打了几通电话后马上改变Story，说是
我撞对方的。 我靠，我在直行，对方在我右方要往左打U Turn，对方的左前方撞到
我右侧面，要是我撞对方的话，那我不是变成横着开的车咯？我了个去了，马上叫警察
。今天看见警察报告：判对方Unsafe Lane Change，全错，MD，我看你还狡辩！
这次吸取一个教训，出了车祸，还是要叫警察，或者找旁观者以防对方事后狡辩。这次
警察来后听了我们双方的陈述后，只表示他没有看见事发经过，只是听到我们的陈述，
不能发表意见，我听了心里一凉，心想这下要扯不干净了。但是还好对方有告诉警察是
要准备打U Turn 的，然后警察也看了双方撞的部位，所以最后还是判对方全错，并开
出了罚单：21658（A）：Unsafe Lane Change。 |

花钱解决的4点保险是没有记录的。那是改成了 non-point violation: Unsafe
operation。我查过自己的保险纪录，上面是 unsafe operation，但是点数是0。我问
过，无点数的是不算保险的。 |

at fault的事故，拿到张careless driving的ticket，2点，网上查了一圈，说去法庭
之后，很可能会有个选项，多交钱（400左右）然后改成unsafe operation，不记点。
这两个对保险的影响各自有多大？
打电话问了下Geico，他们也不是特别清楚的样子，只是说好像careless driving还影
响不小，查不到unsafe operation有多大影响。。。 |

unsafe operation 是NJ专有的，保险公司根本没有这个的条框。
unsafe operation 唯一的目的就是给你消点用的。罚金150，250的surcharge，所以是
400。5年内可以用两次。每次可以消4点。 |

允许你多花250把ticket换成没有点数的 Unsafe driving （和检察官说你不想要
Points）. 加上出庭费，Ticket罚款和这250，我最后一共付了380左右. （如果是
第二次拿Careless Driving， 光改成unsafe driving就要500）
上Traffic课也能减两点，但5年内只能用一次。 我准备下次拿ticket的时候再用这方
法去免点数 （不是初犯Plea Deal会更贵， 不敢保证我5年内不会再拿ticket）
估计上课减点更便宜一些，去法庭的话你要做好浪费半天时间的准备

但是 Unsafe Operation在保险公司那里会给你算2点。至少我的 Progressive 就是这
样，2年前就开始了。
Brunswicks 和 Princeton这一带是要免4点就得买。如果只是想减2点就不用买，直接
出庭交出庭费而已。不知道你那边如何

标 题: 求助！加州高速罚单——挡了飞奔而来的警车

昨天傍晚和LD从SF开回LA，在LA的210上没什么车，LD稳稳地在右线开在65。后来右线
变成Exit only，就打灯向左换线。当时左线没车。
结果刚换上左线，就听见后面一声尖锐的刹车，然后警灯就亮了。。。。
从下个出口出来，警察倒很和气，就说你换线不safe，导致我刹车。给了个unsafe
lane change的citation。
不知道这个违章算不算严重呢？警车莫名其妙的从后面出现，我们分析大概警车之前是
在右数第三条lane猛冲，看到右数第二条lane没车就切进去，同时我们也从最右lane切
进右数第二条lane。我们的车速是在65的（citation上也这么写的），那警车应该是远
超这个速度了。换线之前lane是clear的，我们也提前打灯了，总觉得这个算不上是
unsafe啊。
不知道这个罚单会罚多钱啊？另外有 |

在这种问题上你认为的对错是没用的，在没出问题时不用纠结，出了问题后判定谁错的
人也不是你，要看你会不会argue。总之自己在开车的时候应该这样做，在旁道来车速
度比自己快很多时不要以更慢的速度并到别人道上去，在别人离你太近时也不要并过去
。一般情况下后面人追尾如果没有足够的证据你不是unsafe cut in的话，默认是后面
的人的责任。怎样算unsafe cut in，我记得笔试的小册子离貌似是有写清除距离的，
18个ft还是什么，我不记得了，但who能在你出事之后证明你是不是18 ft之外cut in的
呢～ |

撞了以后，除非恰好有视频，否则用什么证明是不是unsafe cut in？怎么确认距离？
我记得判定的简单办法是：在后车没超速迹象的前提下，前车4个轮子都在lane里面，
就不是unsafe cut in。
楼主的思维是典型的女性思维，以为自己有明显的并道意图，就有了并道的权利，错！
你再清晰的意思表示，也只是并道的必要条件之一，而绝不是充分条件，只要你还没全
并进来，路权就是在那条道里的车，不管在你前面还是后面，人家有完全的权利决定放
你进来还是不放你进来。你遇上的人不厚道，但是没有错，下次记住，要么就踏踏实实
等足够大的空间，要么干脆利索，不要半进半不进地，一旦机会合适，一把轮直接并进

发帖数: 1632 | 34 嗯，边 google 边回忆，我当初遇到的问题是 c# 不能定义直接指向内存地址（其实是
操作系统提供的地址）的指针，必须用 IntPtr，而用 IntPrt 时来调用需要 c++/vb
的那种指针做参数的方法时总是出错，花了 n 久时间，最后放弃，不得不用 unsafe。
而 unsafe 需要自己照顾指针回收内存泄露等一堆问题，很不爽。
还花了很多时间试图给 sdk 的方法加一个 wrapper，也没成功 :S
现在据说很多硬件的 sdk 已经提供对 c# 的支持了。
