补。我的老板知道了最近她的几个失误，却帮她找借口，说我是不是太严格了，她工作
量是不是太大了。和D同组的C，各方面表现很好。我的老板居然说肯定是他工作量比D少
。要我look into it。同样的错误如果放在D以外人身上老板早咆哮了。我没法按规矩
disciplineD。我是顺着我的头呢？睁眼闭眼呢？还是修理D呢？
D 在半年之内有太多unscheduled PTO，老板曾经为此类事情对别的组员discipline，我问他我该不该write D up。
他说 do what you feel is right. Does he mean no? |

D的performance不好，你做为lead首先不是要修理她，而是找出原因看看能不能改进。
你的老板可能是这个意思。你做了这些再下手，谁也说不出啥来。
同时，她PTO多，你要想想你自己在她有了两三次unschedule PTO之后是否找她谈了，
也许她又个人的特殊情况等等。在发生一两次之后你不理，她当然认为可以一直这么干

I arrived there a few minutes past eight (their regular office hour is 8 am
- 4 pm). There was already a line of 20 people. An officer in front of the
door checked the scheduled time on everyone’s notice. When I explained my
case to her and asked for walk-in service, she told me that the reschedule
would take 8 to 10 weeks and they did not take any walk-in appointment any
longer. Another person had the similar case as me |
