grout line thickness is controlled by you when you install (spacer), you can
use sandless grout if you want very small line, otherwise use sanded grout.
Based on my experience, small grout line is not necessary better or easier
to 清理. I suggest you use expoxy grout and seal the grout line several time
with good sealer since unsealed grout will soak in water or water ever you
spill on it. Also dark color grout will also help some what.

看了以前面卖家的inspection report,发现几个问题，请各位大侠指教一下，
在地下室里有crack,大概1/8inch宽,有三四条，report讲说是unsealed foundation
settlement cracks.不知道这个严重否？是否常见？
还有就是木结构基座上发现2~3处潮湿印记，这个一般是什么原因呢？是大问题么？
