it:
1. Partner has CK and you have an immediate C ruff;
2. Prevent declarer from cross ruffing;
3. Partner has void in D.
3 is quite unlikely with the lack of a lightner double, and 9 does not seem
too big either, (Q, J, T, 9, 7, 3 unseen). So 3 can be ruled out.
1 is attempting but unlikely too. From partner's point of view, he doesn't
know D is not running, so he would discourage S clearly (declarer has 732??)

some shape and suit quality information. Then the rules are just based on
total points. Here comes the key problem, both no trumps and trumps are
based on the same total points system. The total points are based on HCP and
