几毛钱销毁费。
很多客户就忘了或者怎样，然后大量退货被马总就“销毁”了。
再次建议所有人设定自动removal，因为马总removal收费是按个计价，所以同样数量东
西寄几次一样的。

发帖数: 2825 | 15 年底对账，发现Amazon的FBA库存有很多出入，所以简单介绍一下怎么对账能把钱要回
来，抛砖引玉了。
首先要说的是，FBA的库存乱的很，很多shipment你看都是没有出入，很有可能也给你
少算了很多。如果要准确的查这些库存上的出入，我觉得最主要的是要看adjustments
，shipment和reimbursement。查shipment的出入很简单，就不多说了。
adjustments的情况就很复杂了。具体来说有很多项，详细说明马总有链接：

经常见到的比如M就是仓库给你的货弄丢了跟一个“-1”，隔一段时间如果找到了就一
个F，跟一个加1.还有比如仓库给你弄坏了，就是一个E，然后跟一个P和一个O，意思是
损坏了以后从sellable变成了unsellable，最后去掉。还有X，是调整shipment的出入
给你减去，这X没有对应的shipment ID，所以得开case问。有时候Amazon还借你的货拿

not do marketing at all (unless it is free or <$100 & <2hrs to do so).
What you would focus is free PR and selling.
Selling != PR != marketing.
For selling, I would recommend a book "unselling" (Amazon Kindle has free
copy). One can practice selling skills everyday as we do selling everyday,
with family members, friends, employees, and clients.

谢谢推荐。至今为止，我还真没看过selling/marketing的书。希望可以从中收益。
理论都是帮助sales去理解这个职业的，实践可以使每个人结合自己的实际情况。
实战才是真正的挑战，成功只有从实践中来，而不是靠理论学习。俏江南就是例子。
