即使到今天，党史研究仞然很多禁区，雷区，敏感区。(你先弄懂这三者的差别？)
一方面，中共挡案管理的一灌风格是不让你知道，1)是否有这件事/人存在，2)这件事
结果起因。80年代的时候几大报刊都在抱怨不管什么都是秘密。
另外一方面，有关负面形象的，hehe
不是体制内的人，如果连接触到核心档案的机会都没有，也没有体制内的人物领路，这
种研究估计也就玩玩无关痛痒的考据。
能把军事博物馆馆长当成神，你大概连体制的边都没摸到。
感觉好是你自己的事。

lab...the market can't never take that many graduates each year. Yes, if
you have K99 then you are set, but most big labs want you to have a F32 or
NSF fellow. There is also an unspoken rule on age in chemistry because
there are some awards that you can only win before age of 35. Therefore, if
you are looking for AP position near age of 35...good luck on that, too. |

评估要多少分以上，文章发多少篇，过了标准就大家都happy happy，等着长点工资。
当然没过标准也没啥，就是工资还那样儿。还听说过有的系只要没大错就没事儿，产出
没啥要求。

说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的

上课滴这个professor是非常精明一犹太女，曾做过Good Morning America和
Entertainment Tonight的producer, 后来从LA跑来纽约开了几家公司。
她开始就讲自己写的一本书，about unspoken rules for business
第一条就是，老板喜欢的员工是who think like a boss, not an employee。并且例举
员工身上种种恶行，比如比老板迟到，比老板早退;上班时候溜达无关网页；和男友
cellphone聊天；中午take 1 hour lunch break; 和医生的appointment定在上班时间
；对老板撒谎，装病在家不去上班。。。神啊，好像n多额都有范过。。。正面教材就
是她自己一雇员，总是在老板没想到之前就已经帮着做到了。
第二条是，员工要和老板保持距离，给老板写email不能有语法、拼写错误，不能随便
叫老板hey, buddy之类。老板就是老板，不是朋友
