这paper写得还真不错,从实验设计来讲,非常周密。。。。谢谢LZ分享。 另外,这篇
论文的涉及的,并不是绘画全部,也不是现代绘画艺术的全部,那只是现代艺术一个分
支而已 —— ”抽象表现主义“。

八月底的时候无意发现健身版,加上之前一直有增重增肌的意愿(由于种种原因和借口
, 从来没有行动)。所以决定试一试,在版上做了些research 之后发现了5X5 这个项
目,觉得这个项目很好,因为很容易理解和执行。 尤其对于我这种没有任何健身基础
的人(以前从来没有举过铁,最多就是哑铃练练2头)。
决定健身之后在九月初买了设备,在自己车库里面建了个简易的home gym. 一套300
lbs 杠铃 , 一个bench, 和一个power rack. 总共才花了 600 多刀, 现在发现这是
我去年最好的投资。。
之后就是不断的重复和执行。 每周严格按照5X5 计划训练三次。 由于对deadlift 和
barbell row的技术掌握不够自信,所以把它们去掉了(这也是个遗憾其实), 因为这
样导致背部训练的不够。 现在开始把他们也pick up 了。
好了废话不说了,直接上数据了。
大概4个月之前
身高体重 : 176cm / 62kg 左右
squat :untrained 水平 估计比较差
bench : 85 lbs 左右
overhead press: 65 lbs 左右

反正要是打算要再cut一次的,BF测的数值高就高了。但是这个VO2 Max好像有点儿不靠
谱。我看wiki的介绍,说“The average untrained healthy male will have a VO2
max of approximately 35-40 ml/kg/min.”我虽然不是pro,但是也不会是average
untrained这种级别吧。我还真不信一般的人比我的cardio强。
给我做eval的trainer说他们测的数值一般在12到28之间,他本人测过最高的是32,我
是new record。当时我没啥概念,还挺得意的。结果回家一查,我擦,尼玛这个gym的
人也太弱了吧。。。。

Also you always just focus on a particular race where humans have a slight
advantage.
Greyhounds can run at 40m/hour which is way way beyond what humans can do
even in dreams.
Doberman can run slightly slower but something like 30m/hour speed and
maintain a high speed in long distances like >20 miles.

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧,而
且都是学术圈的,已有reference一堆,其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外,美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪,拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

good rwd car does NOT oversteer in corner unless you give too much gas. If
it does, you can counter steer and ease off gas a bit to save it and

先说这两款导航,真要是选,还是2597吧,毕竟屏幕清楚,看着省力,减少你的分心。
但是这种下道口的指示,最好还是听声音。
比如Take the exit 17 on right and then KEEP LEFT.
后面的那个keep left非常重要,极有可能是两个连续的下道口,出了17立刻还得分道。
很多导航在下个下道口直线屏幕的图像都刷不出来,但是声音提示永远是信息足够的。
这个时候应该是声音和路牌结合,导航就不要看了。
没有想黑你或是BSO的意思,我认为开车悟不悟关系不太大,trained and untrained才
会带来本质区别。我也被这些情况坑过好多,有意识训练,这些都是可以上手的。
除了夜路上路看着点前方路线,让其算一下交通堵塞时的最佳路线,高速提示一下下道
口,下道口前的并道其实路牌都有写。少看导航上的速度显示和限速指示,脑记路边限
速牌并常留心仪表盘速度表检查是否超速。要是自己的车,开时间长了,一个动静一个
速度,八九也不离十了。
这些都是我一路开过来训练自己的,我相信你也可以。 Drive safe.

unfortunately it is indeed difficult to tell the difference to the untrained
eye. Plus human weaknesses would kick in and blur whatever one is able to
differentiate, with the devil strongly rooting for BD.
I will give you a very easy example, many of these cheap frames have fucked
up geometry. Either a super short head tube, or weird angles, etc. Handling

其实跟BD没太大关系, 任何bike company的车架材料成本都不高,
哪怕是碳架,也就是块塑料而已....一般牌子车整车比只卖一个frame
贵不了太多, 就是因为frame的利润太高了...
当然,他们研发这个车架的geometry可能花了非常多的人力物力
