有选delivery confirmation，所以无法和paypal dispute。一开始收到payment，是
unverified paypal user，因为好多其他buyer也是，都没什么问题，我都一律寄出货
，后来突然收到paypal邮件说payment 被hold住了，我联系buyer，当时竟然说是因为
他关了bank account，没有update paypal上的信息，还说及时会update，不会影响到
我，我看buyer回邮件都挺礼貌的，就没继续追问，谁知道钱一直被hold住，我再联系
buyer就再得不到回复，今天钱终于被paypal reverse了，等于refund给buyer了，让人
很气氛，可也不知道有什么办法。。。
大家砸我吧，是不是太大意了？那个buyer的feedback也没有neg的东西，不过只有5个

$160的printer, 收到后马上就写信说打印机是旧的,而且not working. 呢玛的,因为有

我说好吧,退吧,寄回来给我. 然后又JJWW说printer是坏的为什么要buyer出shipping.
还威胁我说要report to ebay/payapl。 玩得很熟啊，怎么还是光头呢？
我说不是kidding,就是应该buyer出shipping,你爱退不退，爱report就report去。
于是就ebay 开case，ebay instruction就是叫他退，然后seller 收到后三天退钱。
他还是不干，非要我出return shipping. 我说就是这样，你付shipping退回来。

ebay里面payed or not显示being processed through paypal
一个沙漏的形状。
paypal里面显示ok to ship以及complete - funds not yet available，但是提示
seller protection not eligible
对方的地址是confirmed, payment是unverified。
请问这种情况下可以ship吗？还是要等啥情况满足再ship?

他。当时没发现，收件人的名字和买家名字不一样，paypal的付款id和收件人倒是相符
的。shipping address is confirmed, payment unverified.
10个月以后，买家通过另外一个email向paypal claim unauthorized transaction.要
paypal reversed transaction payment. paypal说open issue必须要在7天内回复。
现在我在ebay上找不到当时的交易记录，似乎只有最近两个月的。只能找到当时paypal
的记录，和当时在ebay上打印label的tracking number,但是已经找不到tracking的记
录了。我很肯定是delivered了，应该每卖出一个东西，我都会反复查询，直到状态显
示delivered.
想请教一下大家，我应该怎么回应。另外，evil买家是怎么通过另外的paypal id (和
