DESHAW 08年set gate不让人家redeem
这个很恶劣的，很多小FUND， 08年都赚钱
但是还是死了，大FUND不让REDEEM，他们就去REDEEM小FUND
搞得小FUND都没法活了，这个世道不公平啊，赚钱的FUND倒闭，赔钱
的接着吃FEE，比如CITADEL，不过也没法，存在就是其合理性的 |

If the amount is small, it's not a big deal. If the amount is significant,
you need unwind and suffer some immediate loss. As long as you are not
insider trading, it will not kill you.

credit 是绝对种族灭绝，街上只剩两家，还都在unwinding mood)
可是老话怎么说呢，皮之不存，毛将焉附。ibd, sales & trading 不挣钱，risk的日
子也每况愈下。现在转risk, 有点晚了。如今的行情，远不如09. 不过比前台好倒是真

不管前面或者后面有多快多慢的车，都会按照之前说好的节奏走，很少被打乱。
session之前说好好练什么方面就认真练习，基本上目前难度的项目训练一个session下
来都能达到他的要求。从来不会想着追前面的车或者因为后面有快车而乱了阵脚。
我现在的问题就是一旦速度上去，racing line和braking的准确度会下降，他说这点是
正常，多开几次就会慢慢习惯。
我是这样的方式关DSC的，不知道会不会对你有些帮助：
比如一个比较危险的弯，开着DSC可以50过apex，然后过了就加油，track out满油出弯。
关了DSC我就轻带油门40过弯，刚过Apex就稍微加油，从大概30%的油门到track out的
地方只加到60%左右，雨天的话当然还再少些。然后再慢慢根据情况调整。
一但遇到即使spin也安全的弯就可以放心得加油门，可以尝试跟你开着DSC一样的pace
。开始的时候我经常unwind steer too slow，然后就oversteer了，还有就是我现在对

最近在损止的操作感觉有些不得当,有损止而失去机会的,有没损止造成损失的.弄的有
