根据测算，一个1200万吨/年的炼油厂与一个600万吨/年炼油厂相比，投资能
够节省至少25%左右，生产费用减少约15%左右，国外炼油厂单系列最大规模已经达到
1250万吨/年。如果将规模由1200万吨/年提高至2400万吨/年时，投资还可以在1200万
吨/年基础上再减少15%左右，生产费用减少8%左右，劳动效率提高20%。
一般而言，大型炼油厂，加热炉的燃料消耗占整个能耗的30%--40%，其次为催
化裂化烧焦，10%--40%，电耗为20%--30%。
设备投资占整个工程投资的30-50%左右。国产设备的费用一般是进口的1/2或
者2/3。炼油行业国产化设备能够达到90%左右，乙烯行业仅有70%左右。
因此，炼油装备的国产化，对于炼化行业十分重要，不仅能够降低成本，而且能够
吃透核心技术后，将装置规模逐渐做大。

突然想起邻居里很多在BP和UOP工作，尼玛我们这房价不得进一步下跌吗？
BP北美总部原来在我们这，前两年搬走了，但是还有很大CAMPUS。UOP总部离我们也不
远。
所以不少邻居在这两家工作。
完了，油上省的那点小钱，不够房价跌的。上次BP走的时候就对我们的房价打击很大，
这下得进一步压低了。 |

结论。
University of Phoenix是上市的大学，市值超过130亿美元。我想国内的北大清华复旦
交大加在一起的资产都比不过。事实上，UOP的资产已经超过了目前的CITI GROUP。
至于教学质量，中国人总迷信美国的大学排名，事实上美国有数千所大学，并不一定不
在前200的就不是好大学。其实美国就是一个社区大学的教学质量都非常高，教学设施
方面不输给HARVARD之类的名校的。我想我比楼上的许多人对于美国的教学都有发言权
，我去过HARVARD，其他不说了，但是教学设施方面实在是不敢恭维，和加州的任何一
所私立大学都没法比。
对于在职教育，美国人现在几乎都是选择ONLINE EDUCATION，我朋友在INTEL里做的，
她在美国的SENIOR都是读的美国ONLINE COURSE。不要没见过世面就随意发表您的高见
，以免闹笑话。
我来告诉你什么是真正的野鸡大学，真正的野鸡大学就是那种付了钱结果没学到本事的

试主要是conversation，但是我听他们学生说，如果可以在这个过程让教授一直说，你
哼哼的话，就很好了。结果我估计犯错了，我说的太多了。唉，人老了，就是比较油，
不紧张，太放松了。教授一看我名字，问我中国来的？我说是，他说他去过的，我就问
哪里，他说西安。我说喔：吃的很好吃。他说是好吃。我又问他去了华山没有，他说去
了的，很好。然后我问他为什么去中国。他说他老婆是西安的，然后我问她怎么和老婆
遇见的，他说在学校。blablabla....就这个样子，居然还问出来了，他老婆才从护士
学校毕业（有个计算机硕士的学历），正在找工作，他有两个小孩，一个4岁，1个5岁
。中间我说话也很多，说到才到美国很穷呀之类，自己转专业很辛苦呀，家里有个小小
孩呀。他问我为什么选UOP，我说除了你们离我家近，3年制，还有很重要的就是UOP
always treat me with respect, and helped me a long on my way to pharmacy

Automatic transmission 3,000 miles
Have had vehicle back to dealer twice and they tell me there is nothing
wrong that this is how rav4 run. When you are coming to slow stop the rpm's
increase from 1000 to 1200 and uop to 1400 and the car goes faster and you
must press hard on brakes to stop, Does not do it all the time. I hope what
the dealer tells me is untrue but right now I am sorry I chose this car and
I will never buy another toyota or deal with this dealership again. I cant
